Great stay - difficult to find this B&Bin the dark, but definately a perfect place with wonderful hosts! Would recommend to anyone, even for me as a business traveller!

Hotel has been modernly refurbished. Extremely nice room. Food at the bar was adequate and the staff was professional and friendly. Cant imagine a nicer place for the price in SIttingbourne

Very nice hotel at an amazingly reasonable price. Don't expect much in the area though. It's just countryside. It's a good thing, though, that there's a full bar and restaurant as well as a swimming pool within the hotel.

A very convenient sport to get to Rochester for the Christmas Market. The staff at the hotel were excellent. The value for money was brilliant. The... restaurant had a good choice of meals at reasonable prices and did not have to wait long to be served or the meals delivered to the table. The Staff was great !! I mainly used it for a jumping. Off place for the Hop music Festival . A few blocks easy walk to Maidstone West Train . The food for dinner i had a few nights was realy very good , several specials . I wish i could have tried a few more.Selections for included breakfast were limited but fine for the rate paid. There are several […] local pubs in the area , not the tourist places most like . The downtown area is a10 minute walk , its OK but not for me. Alot of shut down stores , wouldnt base my time around the downtown area. Great Pizza place Prezzos , i'm a Pizza snob and it was pretty good. Read more

First impression not good due to frustratingly long walk from car park and receptionist with no smile, eye contact or apparent interest. Made up for by rest of staff being very pleasant, though. Problem with room put right quickly when asked. We noticed an obvious item overlooked in cleaning the bedroom carpet and the bathroom smelled damp (probably […] due to poor ventilation). Otherwise fine. Location ok if fit enough to walk 15 mins down busy maid road to Maidstone. Good breakfast. We found the hotel very nice, beds comfortable & quite close to Maidstone Town Center (15/20min walk). Staff were very friendly. The only downside was the church close by sounding its bells from approx 9am on a Sunday morning! Otherwise, would recommend this hotel :-)

Our room in this hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The evening meal we had in the small restaurant was excellant and the service from our waitress was first class. For breakfast we had the Full-English which was hot, steaming and delicious. All the staff were helpfull and professional. No complaints really. We would come again if we are down […] this way. It would make a great stopover for those going on to Dover for the Channel Ferry. Handy for Maidstone and the shopping centre and for our visit to the Leeds Castle, a great day out. Large free car park at the rear of the hotel with security cameras. You can't beat a privately owned hotel for quality. Read more

Hotel situated on residential side road - car park a bit awkward - reception welcoming and efficient - room had all necessary equipment - shower/no bath, but it was a single, so don't know about doubles. A little pricey for a single in Maidenhead, but good. Note for management: a decent beer on tap would be a big plus!

It was a clean hotel and the staff were lovely but the rooms are not sound proofed and I could hear the couple next door talking and the man snoring also there was some loud lads upstairs who woke the whole hotel at 4:30am this noise lasted until 6am at breakfast everyone at the hotel looked tired! felt very sorry for the family that had a small baby […] that we know was woken up as we could here it scream!
