We enjoyed our stay here. It was well priced, the breakfast was very good, and it was reasonably close to the old town of Dubrovnik. We had a car, so it was nice to have secure parking. Our room was very nice and clean, with a balcony. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We walked to the old town, but that took a good 40 minutes. You can catch a bus, but we didn't bother. I think I'd still stay here if we went back to Dubrovnik. It was a good balance.

This place was amazing. Great price. The owner met us promptly when we arrived, even though our communication with him about time was vague. He was there within 15 minutes, we just told another resident in the building and they called him. It was quick and easy. He provided maps and tourist information as well as a list of must see things. The place was great. Perfect shower, washer, sink and comfortable bed. Little windows that opened to corridors....right by old town dubrovnik clock tower. There is not a better location in all of Dubrovnik. We will make plans soon to stay here again. It was perfect.

Host Viktor was great. He answered all of our queries and gave outstanding recommendations for food and sights and gave us umbrellas when it began to rain. The location perfect, literally 2 minutes walk to the heart of the walled city, and less than a minute to the cove. Our only complaint was that the safe was not bolted down, but we felt so safe we forgot to mention it. Cleanliness, conveniences, noise, and comfort were all top notch. We would definitely stay here again.

"Nice hotel"
Very basic but very cozy. It is in the heart of the old city so the room is very small but I hope nobody comes to Dubrovnik just to sit in their room and watch TV. The one downside is that the shower could have used a shower curtain...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet street in cute spot, close to everything"
My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at Villa Sigurata. The manager was very friendly and pointed out a lot of nearby attractions that she recommended. The room was comfortable, with A/C and a TV. It was also great to have access to a kitchen -- for storing leftovers and making some meals. After a long trip, it was nice to have the option of […] staying in for meals. Plenty of privacy with other guests. Close to some great restaurants and a few minutes walk to anything in Old Town. The only complaint is the neighbors. They had a small child who screamed for several hours a day, and the parents weren't much quieter in the evening. "Not satisfied"
We were not satisfied with our room at Villa Sigurata. We got an apartment in an alley close to the old town wall near the Pile gate (apparently they have 3 apartments and the one given to us was the worst - no apartment rent blue sign either). Looking at the pictures and the description on hotels.com, we were expecting a newly refurbished room, however […] we ended up with an old apartment which had not been renovated for a long time (the owner accepted this), not cleaned properly and looked like it was a make shift arrangement for letting out. Looks like the main apartment (the address and photos provided on hotels.com) is a newly done up apartment but the one provided to us was not. Nicolina skickar en vägbeskrivningn - följ den. Men ta också med Nicolinas telefonnummer :) Jag läste inte gick fel, och ringde - då kom NIcolina och hämtade så jag slapp irra mera. Det var bara början. NIcolina gör ALLT för att din vistelse ska bli så smidig som möjlig! "Charmerende lille hotel, MEGET centralt..."
Selvom hotellet er lille og værelserne lige så, så er der rent og pænt. Hotellets/værtindens service niveau er helt i top og det var næsten som at bo hjemme hos nogen.
