This hotel lives up to its expectations. It's clean and quiet in a very convenient locale. Complimentary in-room Internet service and morning breakfast in the lobby area are much appreciated as a business traveler. Room is small, but not unlike hotels in other major cities, and the room is cleaned and refreshed daily. Excellent overall value and would stay there again.

The hotel is very convenient for Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea but had to take a bus to the airport, which is about an hour drive and cost $24 per person. It was across the street from the Disney Train which gave us access to the subway for getting around in Tokyo.

I had a one night layover on new years eve, so I wanted a place close to the metro and affordable. This place was both. Very clean, great high speed... wireless internet. It was also very close, about 4 or 5 metro stops from Shibuya station. The only negatives were that the room was small, BUT all Japanese hotel rooms I have stayed in were small. The other negative is that it was about 1.25 hour metro ride from Narita, but that explains why it was cheaper than many closer hotels. Would definitely recommend it, as well as stay there again. My room was quite small and even a little claustrophobic (most Japanese hotel rooms are small), but it was very clean and modern. Friendly front desk staff. Internet access is free (ask for a cable at the front desk). Also, the free breakfast was nice (you choose from eight set-meal options with unlimited drinks). 五反田駅から信号一つの立地で、非常に便利でした。外観は地味な印象だったものの、一歩中に入ると真新しいロビー。エレベーターホールに入る前にカードで開くドアもあり、セキュリティも良好。女性一人でも安心して利用できるように思います。室内はこの価格帯にしては広めな印象。ベッドサイドの時計が頭の上ではなく側面にあるなど、細かな配慮が行き届いていて良い印象でした。

JRの五反田駅からすぐそばです。近くにカフェ、ファミレス、コンビニもありロケーションにまったく不満はないです。浴室もキレイで清掃もほんとに行き届いていました。連泊する方は乾燥機付洗濯機もあり、便利だと思います。これだけのアクセス、設備での宿泊料はお得だと思いました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
