Perfect little hotel steps from Luxembourg Garden. Great restaurants in all directions within a 1/2 mile walk, some even within a few feet. We were surprised at the large size of the room: nothing fancy, but plenty of space, a big bed, a full-sized shower, cute updates. The street is loud in the morning, for late jet-lagged sleepers, but no worse so […] than most everywhere else in Paris. There are rooms off the street which might be quieter, though perhaps those are the larger, more expensive rooms. Bring ear plugs if city noises are a problem for you. I cannot knock the hotel for cleanliness or service. It was great! My only point of note for other prospective guests, would be that there was no fridge nor tea/coffee facilities in the room itself (maybe it was just our room, I don't know). It's not a big problem, but just not what we have been used to in other hotels in the past.

Just close to Parc Du Luxembourg, we were very lucky to find this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and patiently understanding of my confused French (mixed with Danish and English). The room was well maintained and cleaned to a high standard each day and the bed was large clean and comfortable. I must point out that disabled patrons […] would find it difficult to move around the hotel as it is housed in a very old (but renovated) building, the lift is barely big enough for two (and we ain't big people). It is within walking distance of Notre Dame and the Pantheon. The only gripe I have (not that it is a requirement to have one for the purpose of online reviews) is that the shower/bath was not very good, using it rendered the bathroom absolutely soaking, as the shower head spluttered water in all directions, meaning that you had to use all the towels to mop up afterwards, which of course is very ecological, and I hope the cleaning ladies didn't think we were doing this on purpose. I cannot comment on the food/room service as we bought our own out, and the champagne we had in bed was our own, when we asked for glasses, we were helpfully shown to the kitchenette on the ground floor and told we could take what we needed. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and although I am somewhat reticent to leave a very good review as this may affect availability for our next stay, to not do so would be somewhat unfair to the staff working there and dishonest of me. One last note. On the final night of our stay, someone in another room decided to have a cigarette in the early hours of the morning meaning the fire alarm was set off so we awoke and quickly dressed and went down to the reception. The receptionist was incredibly apologetic and explained the situation, which of course is understandable. So if you do smoke, go down to the road or the courtyard (we did) and don't be like the aforementioned idiot who woke and entire hotel of guests. Read more

Hotelli oli juuri sitä mitä odotimme. Siisti, tarpeeksi tilava huone ja erittäin siisti kylpyhuone. Sänky oli hyvä ja lakanat puhtaat, ei valittamista. Minibaaria/jääkaappia ei ole, mutta aivan vastapäätä oli kioski/kauppa jossa oli kaikkea. Kokolaittiamatot ja pieni hissi jäivät päällimmäisenä mieleen Hotellin yleisisistä tiloista... palvelu oli erittäin […] hyvää ja avuliasta, englantikin taittui respan päivystäjältä. Lähistöllä oli paljon nähtävää ja ravintoloita, ja keskustaankin jaksoi hyvin kävellä. Metroasema oli kanssa lähellä, johon pääsimme ilman vaihtoja suoraan lentokentältä. Read more

Vi var på utsikt etter et hotel i dette området som ikke sprengte budsjettet, men som man fikk følelsen av noe spesiell. Man får absolutt valuta for pengene, origianlt lite romantisk hotel. Utmerket service, ren og ryddig, samt godt plassert i en liten stille sidegate midt i en levende Paris. Gåavstand til Notre Dame og Louvre. Anbefales!

Hotellet var fint og hyggeligt. Receptionen er åbent 24/7. God service. Rene værelser. Elevator, så man ikke skal slæbe kufferten op af trapperne. Det eneste dårlige på opholdet var, at værelset var koldt. (Det syntes min rejsekammerat dog ikke). Men jeg rejste om vinteren. Rejs om sommeren og hotellet er perfekt. Det ligger lige ved siden af Luxemborghaven, […] som må siges at være finest om sommeren. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand fra Notre Dame (10-15 minutters gang). 2 minutters gang fra hotellet er en stor gade med masser af butikker. Flere metrostationer i nærheden. Lige overfor ligger en butik med madvarer - frugt, drikke, og alt hvad der kan behøves - den har åbent 8 til 22. Der er masser af caféer, restauranter og lignende i området. Read more

The Hotel looks really nice on the pictures when booking. In reality the hotel rooms are worn down and needs some restoration. Paint is falling down in the bathroom and mold is setting here and there. If it wasn't for this, i would have given it 5. I'm sorry to say that it is not worth the money you spend on it atm. If they restore it to its "former" […] glory, it is definatly worth it. Staff was great and helpful, breakfast was compact but nice. Location is awesome, close to really good restaurants(close as in 5 meters;). Close to metro and RER and tourist attractions but off the most busy streets. Really nice location. Read more

Den perfekte bryllupsreise, 5 dager og 5 netter, midt i hjertet av Paris. Hotellet var lekkert, rent og moderne, med stort badekar som vi brukte hver kveld. Det lå 5 min gange unna nærmeste metrostasjon, men var så sentralt at vi kun kjørte metro 5 ganger, og heller gikk mellom severdighetene. Luxemburgparken er rett rundt hjørnet, og strøket var det […] beste å bo i i Paris fant vi ut. Servicen på hotellet var upåklagelig fra vi kom til vi dro. Gode restauranter i nærheten og butikk rett over gata. Også et koselig bakeri rett rundt hjørnet hvor de hadde de beste sjokoladecroissantene:) Vi fikk trådløst nett på rommet også så vi kunne google alt vi lurte på, men det var hotellresepsjonen som undersøkte og booket billetter feks til Mouling Rouge. Hotellet og byen kan absolutt anbefales og vi gleder oss til neste besøk allerede - ser ikke bort ifra at det blir på samme hotell! BT Read more
