Nice hotel friendly helpful staff but a bit off the beaten path which can be good if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. The road leading to the hotel is really rough. The wifi is not free as stated in the listing. Overall this is a great place for the value but the convenience to shops or restaurants is the one downfall for me.

the quiet location is probably one of the best points however this wont last because of the massive construction underway less than a 100 mtrs away, however this may be of benefit when its finished as they may then seal the road. We had an amazing time in Bali, the accommodation was wonderful, we walked to the main shopping area and also to Seminyak beach . Guided tour offered by the hotel is amazing value for money, our driver was very well informed and spoke excellent english. Food was cheap and on the whole very good.

The only downside- the approach lane leading to Astana kunti is not concrete and it gets messy with rain.so walking on the road at such times is not possible without getting your clothes and feet dirty. The Astana Kunti is only a couple of kilometers from the action (ku de ta etc) but the road linking the hotel is really only suitable for a four wheel drive vehicle. If you want to be in the middle of things and walk everywhere, don’t stay here. If, however, you'd like a quiet stay with cows and rice paddies as neighbors, but still be only a one or […] two dollar cab ride from everywhere in Seminyak, then it's fine. We had no problems getting taxis to and from the hotel. We did tip them generously, however, largely to make up for the wrecked suspensions on their cars. The suites are maintained to a nice standard. The villas looked much better but we were on a budget and went for the suite, which was well under its listed rack rate. WiFi is not included. The hotel breakfast is disappointing. Edible toast, tea/coffee and juice is pretty much all you should expect. The staff are nice but neglected to pass on an important telephone message, which is kind of unforgivable in ANY hotel. The pool gets the sun for about 3 hours around the middle of the day. Better than some others we've stayed at which don’t get the sun at all. The hotel bathrooms can be a little challenging. Wooden slats are the only thing separating the bathroom from the rest of the suite AND the outside area around the pool. Expect to hear people showering while you're down by the pool. Thankfully, we didn't get to hear any auditory examples of Bali belly. Read more

We enjoyed our stay at Astana Kunti. The bedroom was clean, the air conditioning good, the bathroom and toilet facilities was superb. The width of the swimming pool is narrow but the length is perfect for a swim. Breakfast served in the bedroom is great. Walking to the beach may take about 45 mins but there are shops along the way.

Well we arrived very late on a Sunday to welcoming staff and a comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got a really good deal from Hotels.com for Astana Kunti's villa. Everything was great - breakfast, beds, pool, sundeck and service. We enjoyed ourselves just lazing around in the pool and suntanning on the deck chairs. The villa also has a dvd collection for rental but it's a bit limited. The villa's about ten mins to Seminyak town and twenty mins to the airport so it's extremely convenient. The only slight cons are the outdoor shower area walls which is covered in moss (not sure if it's meant to be like that) and the bumpy roads you need to drive on leading up to the villa. Other than the "as usual" breakfast and the bumpy road that leads to the villa itself, the hotel stay is as good or even better than the price I paid. The rice plantation view, the small but nice private swimming pool, the comfy bed, the outdoor shower, the clean bathtub, the complimentary mini bar in the fridge, a short 10 min walk and you enter Seminyak […] area. It is well worth the walk because you get your well-deserved tranquility in the night. Though the villa is decorated in a modernised manner (and not Bali style), trust me, the rain drops that fall on the roof and the occasional sounds of insects, you know you are home way away from home. スミニャックは良く宿泊するがここは、立地は不便でタクシーが必要。周りに何もなくちょっとした買い物も車がないと厳しい。立地が悪い割にホテルでの送迎サービスなどもなかった。チェックインの時にWi-Fiを利用したいと告げるとお金がかかると言われたのでバウチャーをみせて説明が必要だった。所々、古さはあるが掃除などはきちんとしてくれている。ipodなどがあれば音楽が、聞けるプレイヤーがあったのは良かった。朝食を聞かれて用紙に記入したが若干、間違ったものが運ばれてきた。シャワー室の中の換気用なのか扉があるが少し押すと外れてしまいそうで怖かった。シャワーをするとシャワー室の扉がピッタリ閉まらないので外まで水が溢れてしまう。今回はキャンペーン価格？で泊まったが通常料金で利用したいとは思わないかな。

Hôtel situé à 20 mn à pied de la rue commerçante de Seminyak (plus loin encore de la plage) dans un quartier moyen. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Ils ont voulu nous faire pour la Wifi alors qu'il était indiqué dans le descriptif de l'hôtel que c'était gratuit. Nous avons obtenu gain de cause après réclamation.

別のホテルの予約がとれなかったため、１泊だけ宿泊しました。 日本語ができるスタッフはいません。英語ですがスタッフの感じは非常に良いです。繁華街へも、ビーチにもタクシーが必要です。スミニャックの奥まったところにあり、夜、周囲は真っ暗です。要はロケーションが何よりネックです。ただし、部屋は非常にきれいでスタイリッシュです。 ほかに代替となるホテルはたくさんあると思いますが、サービスと値段を考えると基本的には満足しました。
