The hotel is part of one floor of a sort of office building. There are no hotel personnel there except during the day. The location is quite good for sightseeing, is not far from the main square and really close to wawel castle. The staff is quite friendly, helpful and reliable. For the price of this B&B you cant go wrong! We arrived at around 10am and were able to check straight in, the girl who greeted us was really helpful and friendly telling us were the best places to eat/drink were and giving us a map so we would be able to find our way back! Our room was nice although not quite how it looked on-line, it was a little […] small but as we were only using it as a base it wasnt a problem. The bathrooms are all finished to a really high standard but you have to be quick for a shower in the morning as the hot water runs out quickly! Breakfast was provided each morning and consisted of breads, meats, cheeses, preserves and cereals, my only moan would be that they only had a 2 slice toaster and when theres 8 people all wanting toast there was a bit of a wait. The hotel was in a good position and we were in walking distance of the main square and the Jewish quarter. We had a really lovely mini break and are already thinking of going back, i would definitely stay at the Angel House again, nothing was too much and they even provided a cake for my husbands birthday! Great place, unusual building but fabulous inside. Once you've gained access and got your keys it was a great base for sighteeing Krakow. No lift and it is on the 3rd floor, but we were traveling light so this wasn't an issue for us. I stayed in this hotel for one night during my visit to Krakow. Its rooms are brand new, very clean and modern although quite small. The hotel is placed in the second floor of an old Krakow building with a main entrance into the couryard and then another entrance into the building. It is an old Krakow building. I thought it was lovely to see such a […] old/kind of historic building. I understand if you do not find it to your liking as you don't really expect to find the hotel in such a building. It is a walk up to second floor. I enjoyed it. It is very close to the old Jewish ghetto area, about 3 km from the city center. It is located on a residential street. I think it is ideal for those looking for a reasonably priced, nice, clean room within walking distance to all historical parts of Krakow. Read more

Hotellet er i andre etasje i en bygård. Det er 5-6 separate rom med felles gang og kjøkken. Man får egen nøkkel ettersom de ansatte kun er tilstede mellom 8 og 14. Ellers er det veldig trivelige ansatte, greie rom med bra bad, men kanskje litt harde senger? Gangavstand til både jødekvarteret og Stare Miasto.

Enkelt, moderne og utrolig sentralt til alt man ønsker å se i den vakre byen. 7 rom på en etage midt i en kontorblokk, men moderne pusset opp, serviceinnstilt personale og meget enkelt å bo her. Gåavstand til alt - 5 minutter til store torget. Frokosten var helt grei med flere valgmuligheter. Kaffe, te og frukt tilgjengelig hele døgnet. Bodde här i 3 nätter. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var nyrenoverat, litet och fint, DOCK stort minus för avloppslukten på en i övrigt fin toalett. WIFI ingick. Ingen dator att låna på plats. Reception/personal på plats mellan 8 och 11. Annars går de att nå telefonledes. Ingen boendestädning av rummet. Många trappor, ingen hiss. Bra frukost. […] Gångavstånd till gamla stan. Hotellet ligger i ett bostadshus och är diskret skyltat, därför lätt att missa. Sammanfattningsvis skulle jag säga att 4 stjärnor är att ta. Fint men DYRT B&B med ok läge. Read more

Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä vanha kaupunki ja muut käymisen arvoiset kohteet. Huone oli siisti ja palvelu B&B-hotelliksi mainio. Talossa ei ollut hissiä, joten huonojalkaiselle kolmanteen kerrokseen kiipeäminen varskinkin matkalaukkujen kanssa on haastavaa.

When we arrived no one was there to meet us and show us the room. We had told them what time we would be there and had even booked our transport via them. Luckily our driver had the woman's number and called her and she came after a while. We had asked for 2 single beds and they had confirmed that that was ok, but when we got there it was a double bed […] so they had to fix it. The room itself was qutie nice but the bathroom smelled of mould which wasn't too nice. Breakfast was quite nice and quite a lot of choice. After breakfast was the last time we saw anyone who worked there. When we got back to the place after a few hours no one was there and she was going to help us book transport to the airport! There was no number to call, internet didn't work and for some reason the heating had stopped working as well. We had no way to contact anyone who worked for Angel House. In the end we got some help from the lovely receptionist at the Best Western hotel around the corner and she booked transport for us. When we checked out there was still no one there and since we didn't know what to do with the keys we just left them in the room. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of service, they could at least have left a number to call or something. We just didn't get any information at all. Read more

Overnatnings sted som sådan er ok, men omgivelserne så som: anden sal, mrøk trappeopgang og byggestøj. Dårlig kloak lugt på toilettet. Ingen daglig rengøring. Lever slet ikke til 4 stjernet sted og alt for dyrt.

Blev litet mörkrädd när man såg fasaden och trappuppgången - väl inne utvecklades en helt ny värld. Väldigt trevligt B&B med hjälpsam personal - visar sig att det var samma företag som även anordnar utflykter till sevärdheter runtomkring. Väldigt centralt läge och faktiskt ganska lugn gata.

Hotellet ligger sentralt til i gamlebyen med gangavstand til det meste. Hotellet hadde god service og hyggelig betjening. Rommene var bra selv om fasaden ga et annet inntrykk. Frokosten var grei, men hadde gjerne sett at det var noe mer utvalg. Hotellet ligger i 3.etg uten heis. Noe å tenke på dersom noen har problemer med å gå i trapper. Betjeningen […] er behjelpelig med transport hvor man enn måtte ønske til en overkommelig pris. Det gjør oppholdet enkelt og behagelig. Vi anbefaler stedet og bor der gjerne ved en senere anledning.
