Nice clean B & B with a friendly helpful staff. A bit of a walk to the churches of Pade Pio...about 15 min. Still, we enjoyed the walks and would return again to Villa Santacroce.

The location was the best. Just a block or so from where the buses from the train station drop you off and within walking distance of the old and new Padre Pio church. The hotel has a restaurant on site which serves at designated hours (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Food was spotty but service was excellent. Very reasonably priced if not included in the rate. Great, welcoming service at the front desk too. The air conditioner was somewhat old and no match for the hundred degree plus weather. It should be ok to stay if going in fall or spring.

Nice hotel, close to downtown and just a minute from padre Piu tomb. Nice service and pet friendly (so our doggie had a great time too). And they speak English.

The Hotel Degli Aranci in Vieste, Apulia, Italy, is beautiful. The hotel staff is very pleasant and efficient. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very attractive and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea and the town of Vieste is adorable, historic and quaint. The hotel is in the beach resort area of Vieste, which is loaded with condos, apartments and hotels. We were not in Vieste for the beach, which seems very nice, even with the rows and rows of umbrellas awaiting the summer hordes. But the views were great and the town itself makes for a great visit.

A nice resort, with a pool and private beach. The resort is set in a natural cove. We stayed in the Cala del Turco villas, newly constructed recently.... NIce room with small balcony. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom. We stayed out of season so many parts of the resort were out of use like the beachside restaurants. However, a comfortable stay and pleasant, helpful staff. It's a bit out of the way being about 10km from the nearest town of Peschici and this would be my main drawback. A place I will return to in the season. It's location, setting and availability of restaurants in season lends itself to a half board or full board stay when planning a getaway break relaxing in the resort for most of the time. by a Hotels.com guest on 10/30/11

Il personale è stato splendido, a partire dall'accoglienza per passare dai ragazzi del ristorante a quelli dell'animazione. Avevo una prenotazione con pensione completa e anche quanto riguarda il servizio ristorante è […] stato tutto perfetto, colgo l'occasione per fare i complimenti ai camerieri per la simpatia e la disponibilità, al maitre di sala per la cortesia allo chef per gli ottimi piatti che ci hanno fatto gustare. è gestito come un albergo vecchio stile, con quasi tutto escluso dal trattamento. Intendo che vengono messi in atto tutti i più biechi mezzi per racimolare grana in loco: - Eliminazione delle macchinette del caffè da colazione a pranzo per fare introitare il bar. - Macchinetta succhi che inesorabilmente si esaurisce e non viene ricaricata più. - Cartelli […] di divieto nel ristorante di rifornirsi d'acqua per il resto della giornata. Spiaggia e mare bellissimo (gestito molto bene il bagno) Club scadente, con animazione da "0" - personale che arriva sbadigliando e lamentandosi per il caldo. Miniclub pietoso - l'asilo verrà d'ora in poi percepito dai vostri figli come un luogo di vacanza Ristorante al di sotto di qualunque media. Dare "0" è essere buoni. Portate ripetute fino ad esaurimento scorte. Scelta scarsissima: due primi, normalmente pasticciati e due secondi, uno di pesce ed uno di carne. Ma ragazzi, siamo in Puglia e abbiamo a disposizione il meglio del cibo e delle cose semplici... Possibile che non si sia vista una mozzarella, una parmigiana come si deve ... Hotellet har en tennisbane, men man kan ikke låne eller leje ketsjere. Der er ikke elkedel på værelserne og man ikke låne en. Der er ikke køleskab/minibar på værelserne. abbiamo pernottato nella struttura Cala del turco, bellissima stanza con balcone e due finestre per cui molto ventilata e fresca. La struttura nel complesso è molto bella anche se poco curata e splendida è la spiaggia. Il personale addetto alla reception è cortese, efficiente e disponibile mentre quello addetto al bar ed al servizio spiaggia è pessimo.35 […] minuti per avere un tost al banco !L'unico bagnino addetto al sevizio spiaggia crea disservizi e spiacevoli inconvenienti.Il complesso dista circa 10 minuti d'auto da Peschici. Siamo arrivati il 4 giugno 2012, pronti a trascorrere sei giorni in questo meraviglioso parco. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata presso la Cala del Turco era al piano terra e presentava qualche piccolo inconveniente: le lenzuola ed i cuscini avevano un cattivo odore, l'aria condizionata non funzionava, la base della porta presentava una fessura tale […] da permettere a foglie ed insetti di insinuarsi nella stanza. La mattina seguente abbiamo esposto il nostro problema alla Reception; il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ed immediatamente ci è stata assegnata una nuova stanza al primo piano. Bellissima la vista dal balconcino, le pulizie sono state fatte ogni giorno, la biancheria e gli asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente. E' stato bello rilassarsi ogni mattina facendo una passeggiata sino al ristorante sulla spiaggia, dove veniva servita la prima colazione, vista sul mare fantastica, buffet standard ma buono. Fiore all'occhiello è stata la piscina con idromassaggio, in compagnia di rondini, una simpatica tortora, il corvo guardiano e in lontananza un gregge di caprette che pascolavano. Abbiamo passato una giornata nella spiaggia privata, anche quì il personale è gentile ed altamente qualificato, il mare fantastico, la spiaggia pulita con vista sui caratteristici trabucchi. Dal Gusmay tutto è vicino... un saluto ed un grazie a tutto il personale che con gentilezza e disponibilità hanno contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza davvero indimenticabile. Read more

...per noi è un ritorno, il Gusmay ci ha fatto innamorare l'anno scorso con i suoi giardini curati e i suoi ristoranti sulla spiaggia, quest'anno abbiamo deciso di tornarci. Il personale è stato cortese e disponibile come sempre offrendo un ottimo servizio!

Odore di muffa,piScine descritte ma non funzionanti o inaccessibili,colazione da vergognarsi se rapportato a una qualunque pensione di montagna,in bagno solo una misera saponetta ed asciugamani x 1sola persona. 4stelle? Ma no!
