"친절하고 참 괜찮았습니다~"
호텔 앞에서 짐 들어주시는 분들도 너무 친절하고 친근하게 해주셔서 기억에 남음 조식도 뭐 나름 괜찮긴 했지만 식당이 좀 더웠다는게 단점...... 마지막날 먹지도 않은 초콜릿값을 청구해서 좀 어이없긴 했지만 이정도면 만족합니다.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Elegant hotell i Ho Chi Min"
"value for money"
Hotel liegt recht zentral, Austattung ist gut! Sauberkeit läßt estwas zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere in den Zimmern (Boden & Ecken). Ansonsten empfehlenswert!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fairly good but pricey hotel"
10/07/14 Joey C Valenzuela, Philippines
We got transferred to this hotel for one night when our booking in Elegant Inn got some booking issues. Our room was good but it was a bit small. The wifi internet was good but the room 704 that we got has some drippings from the ceiling in the bathroom. The breakfast had a great selection.
"Fairly good as an introduction to Vietnam "
09/19/14 Laura G Newquay, England, United Kingdom
We stayed here in the middle of august for our first 2 nights in Vietnam. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We read on here not to leave any valuables in the room and so nothing was stolen from us. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was both vietnemese and western which was quite good as an introduction for us. The hotel isn't in the backpacker area but is fairly close. The only problem we had was when we booked a bus to Phnom Penh through the hotel was that one of the staff overcharged us about 200,000 dong ($10) for the bus. However when I was shown the leaflet for the bus company the next morning I questioned the price and was given back the money. Overall a good stay.
"Average hotel but check out the baguette stall next door"

We actually placed a reservation (no deposit or payment yet) at another hotel but was told that it was full upon arrival, but they referred us to this hotel at the same price. At first glance the lobby looked small but neat. The staff were friendly and got us adjoining rooms which we requested for. The rooms looked old but well maintained and it came with a small tv with mostly Vietnamese channels. The beds were alright but the pillows were quite flat. The toilet looked decent so it wasn't an issue for us. We were unhappy though when we later looked through online and found that we actually paid for more than if we were to book directly from the booking website. Although we tried to speak with the reception and through to their supervisor the hotel did not offer us any concession - not for the reason that we were considered walk-in, but because we had "agreed" to pay the rate of the other prior hotel. We were also unable to book through online immediately for a room on that day as the reception told us we had already checked in and had to pay for the room anyway. In the end we decided to just stay put since there was nothing we could do. Then in the evening, due to heavy rain, one of our rooms short-circuited and had no electricity for 5 hours... Apart from the mishap, we did enjoy the breakfast which was simple, tasty and nothing too extravagant. There is also a baguette and fruit juice outlet right next to the hotel which is worth trying! Simply awesome.
"business hotel on good location but nothing special"
08/16/14 Jan G Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Very business look hotel lacking atmosphere. Ok rooms but nothing special. basic breakfast. Location is good and everything within walking distance. Safe in the room is portable so not really secure. Some problems with very late delivery of laundry. Basic bathroom but ok for a short city stay
"Not Elegant, But Certainly Adequate"

Conveniently located. Basic breakfast, nothing fancy. Very slippery shower floor. The rooms were clean, the elevator worked, and the staff was very helpful when needing directions. We were traveling with a tour group, but still depended on the hotel staff for assistance when the leader was unavailable. They never failed us.
"Elegant in name only"

We were warned about leaving valuables in the room so don't do it. Also there are purse snatchers on the streets so you must be careful all over this beautiful city. As for the hotel ,the carpet needs to be updated and the elegance is either gone or never was here. The rooms are quite comfortable and reasonable. Location is within walking distance of the city highlights. This is not a four star hotel so if you want one of these you will have to pay for it. That said there should be no tolerance for theft by the staff. I would say stay here with caution that you should apply anywhere but rarely need to. If you stay here you won't feel like you are in a crime ridden place. When we first got our room it stunk from smoke. They quickly changed our room.
"Nice clean rooms "
07/14/14 JennyJ522013 Gympie, Australia
We picked this from reviews on the when we arrived we were given the complimentary upgrade to a superior room plus a cold drink and some water melon. I think everyone starts there because we were told we may have to move the next day back to an ordinary one (this is a blessing as the a rooms are at the front over the street and are very noisy) from around 8 till 2am the party starts then again from 4:30 am the traffic starts. all of this can be heard from the back rooms also with the pounding bass resounding through every building in this area I should imagine they are all the same. But I knew that before we went. It is after all in the backpacking party area. It's cheap clean with friendly staff. Five nights is a bit long for this area but probably worse because hubby got sick and was confined for two days. OK if you're off on tours and come back tired enough to sleep through dulled but persistent noise. We enjoyed the convenience to market, fruit stalls, restaurants and good Street food.
"Theft spoiled the experience"
06/10/14 Eva d Dublin, Ireland
I stayed here with a few friends for 4 days. Overall I thought the hotel was very good (apart from Spaghetti Bolognese for breakfast??) but on our last night there two of my friends had quite alot of money stolen from their rooms. When they called the manager about it he was extremely unhelpful and went as far as blaming my friends for the theft and almost laughing! The managements apologies were incredibly insincere and in the end they did nothing about the theft. Completely ruined my friends last day of the trip... On top of this all staff had very poor English and it was difficult to ask for anything.
"Robbed. Scam hotel."
05/28/14 Carolyn884 Dublin, Ireland
Stayed here for 5 nights. On last night my two friends were robbed 200 dollars and 50 euro from room. Staff not helpful. Suggested we were lying or had spent our money and forgotten. Purse taken. My other friend got her bag robbed on the street outside. Its a scam. Don't stay here. Not surprised we were robbed and laughed. Safety deposit box broken.
"Don't go to this hotel!!!"
05/28/14 Laura H
We had an AWFUL time at this hotel. The safety deposit box in our room was broken and then the staff went through our bags while we were out and stole money from our luggage!! The management was no help, even though they acknowledged their staff STOLE from us!!! Do not go here. Never.
