      The lighting in the hotel was inadequate. There is an obvious language barrier for English-speaking guests at the hotel. Communication with hotel employees is challenging. The food at the hotel restaurant is terrible. The bar in the hotel has a poor beer selection.

      I stayed on business and I don't speak English. I relied heavily on the front desk and other staff to get from meeting to meeting, eat and go out. They consistently came through. The hotel is enjoyable for all the standard reasons: cleanliness, ammenities, etc., but I would especially recommend it to anyone who needs to get around and can't speak Mandarin.

    very good hotel, unfortunately they don't have great control for each room on the airconditioning, so we were warm every night. having said that, it happened at other hotels for us so it may be a China thing.

    HOTELからAIRPORTまでの無料送迎のサービスがあるということで、予約したが、到着して実際ホテルのフロントから、無料送迎はないと言われた。EXPEDIAの方とホテルのフロントと私が確認することになった。最終的には、AIRPORTまで送迎してもらえたが、確認まで手間がかかった。
