Really nice hotel. My only complaint is that the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to beach without beach prices. Beds and pillows not very comfortable.

"Beautiful and Romantic"
My husband and I had the privilege of staying here for my birthday. Myrta and Deborah were gracious and phenomenal hosts. The food was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend the English Tea as well. The B&B is close to everything as well. Our room was so comfortable and the decor was quaint. We are planning on staying again.

The Hoyt House provided a great weekend getaway. Despite being in a convenient urban location (right at one end of the resort area's main street), they provided private parking, a private outdoor pool and hot tub. The inland waterway and multiple shops and restaurants are a short walk to the west, and the ocean is about a mile to the east. Service was […] great, and the food was fantastic. "A very special B&B in Fernandina beach"
A lovely Inn with gracious hosts. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful room with a large canopy bed and a renovated bathroom. Breakfast was a delight, truly excellent. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine/beer and some appetizers between 5:00 - 6:00 PM. Unexpected and very nice.
