No English, dirty, hot.
WOW! This is cheap "last resort" kind of place. Reception tells you a lot about this place. The staff are safely protected behind a huge wall of acrylic....and they are comfortable in their air-conditioned section. The guest side of the glass is not air-conditioned, so it is hot. Staff do not speak English, nor make any attempt to make you feel welcome. If you are unfortunate enough to arrive at night, you will probably be greeted by the chain-smoking, belligerent old chap called "Beppe". I paid for a room with air-conditioning but only got a ceiling fan which simply moved the hot air around. Private bathrooms are brown (seriously, the tiles and toilet and sink are 1970's brown). Communal bathrooms are white and the floors are generally filthy. Good luck!
