"Flat service for long stays"

Although the location is excellent to access to the main blocks and neighborhoods in São Paulo City, it location came with a negative side, is directly in line with Congonhas Airport flight path. Suite is composed by a room (TV, Lamp, big closet with nice mirros and a great king size bed). Toillete have nice shower and is equipped with hair dryer and more closets. Kitchenette has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and some other small home appliances. Living room is too big!!! for the size of the flat screen...Well you can't have it all... in the end, for one night stay room is okay, for long periods I am sure is a value worthy hotel. Breakfast isn't with a wide range of options but inside the minimum acceptable. Internet is FREE WIFI and fast!

This is a strange hotel. It is really an apartment building that rents out 18 of its apartments. That's right, just 18 units. So, each of the apartments are somewhat different in furnishings and condition. I can only comment on the one I was assigned. The hotel's principal deficiency is that it is right in the flight path for Congonhas airport. There is an incessant flow of airliners taking off (more noisy) or landing (less noisy). It is also proximate to Av. Santo Amaro that has considerable traffic. That said, the "room" is actually a suite: living room, eating area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, with a balcony and laundry nook. The furnishings are adequate, but dated. The entry door has a lock with a physical key (not your typical card entry system). The kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave and table settings. The most disagreeable aspect was the lighting -- harsh CFLs everywhere. I preferred to keep the lights off. Having detailed all the negatives, the positives are that the space is VERY roomy. The couch made an excellent extra bed. The breakfast was fresh - fruits, breads, juices - with some hot items and other cold items - cheeses, meats, etc.

Enjoyed a nights stay here between flying from sao Paulo north, very comfortable and close proximity to Congonhas airport. The top floor has a private gym, pool and sauna, the room we choose was a small appartment with all ammenties you need, kitchenette, bathroom, living room with pull out sofa bed, bedroom and balcony. Breakfast was plentifull and the reception staff very helpfull.

Generally I avoid terrible reviews, I do not know the difficultys people face in their business and don't want to be unfair , but this hotel was sold to me as a 4 stars and I paid a 4 stars rate, so here we go: I stayed in this hotel for a 2 nights business trip. First off all this is not a hotel . Neither it is a 4 star. This is a residential flat that rent rooms. The room: Big room + sitting separated area, and small kitchen. Remarkable outdated, poor decorated and maintained. The furniture are so simple and sparse that produces the feeling you are a monk in a cloister. Against you will, obviously. The kitchen appliances are as sparse as the furniture. Sitting room tv is so small, I had to push and old ugly tiny sofa closer to be able to watch it. The shades had dirt marks. The room had an an old tube tv without cable and remote. Wires hanging everywhere. The breakfast followed the hotel standards, terrible. The first day it was not ready at 07:00. The second it was ready, but some items from the previous day were missing (eggs, orange juice). The breakfast is served on the hotel seafood restaurant, outdated also and smells like like greased fish. To be fair, the staff was very attentive and polite and the location is good. Bottom line, run from this hotel like it is the plage.
"Old and noise"

Old furniture, the noise of cars, broken windows and dirty bathroom made my stay a horrible experience. If you want a good night's sleep, do not go there.
"Great hotel for a great price"

I stayed at this hotel while being on a business trip to Sao Paulo. For 80 reals (+-$26!) a night, I got a big room with a small kitchenete and a balcony. The bathroom was huge, though it had no tub...just a shower. The fridge was stocked with water, juices, and of course, my favorite: Skol beer. The location is pretty good; it's on a relatively quiet street off Iberipuaera boulevard, which makes it ideal for those who're light sleepers. The neighborhood, like any other neighborhood in Sao Paulo, requires vigilance, but it's safer than many other neighborhoods. (I saw a young woman, from a residential building across the street, walking her dog around 11PM.) In room breakfast was pretty good -- an assortment of exotic fuits, a huge basket with breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, espresso and orange juice -- for a laughing price of 14 reals (+-$5), tip included. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars because the balcony door didn't shut sealed, the carpeting showed some signs of age, and the iron press I requested didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine.
