The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown Toronto airport. I think if the weather had been nicer and we didn't have as much luggage, it would have been possible to walk from the airport to the hotel (how often can one say that!) There is alot of construction outside the hotel, so it was tough to find it by car and it was also hard getting a cab later that day. Patience is necessary. The hotel staff was cold and brusque, not accommodating at all. They refused a one-hour late checkout. Also, we asked for a double room, but was given a king because there were no more doubles available. Though the room was an upgrade to a corner "suite," it was still inconvenient. The room itself was lovely. Huge bathroom, clean, comfortable, spacious. We would go back there again, particularly when the weather is nicer and we can explore the harborfront area (there is a shopping mall down the street that looked really nice with restaurants and a supermarket).

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Discreet service. Premises seem well maintained. Parking lot felt a little crowded, though - perhaps it should be a bit bigger given the size of the hotel.

I was welcomed and attended to, with a bright smile at the front desk. My room had a great layout. It was very clean, neat and professionally taken care of. The restaurant and bar located within the hotel provided great service and they were very comfortable. I look forward to staying again when I visit Toronto again.

Great location!! Went to St Lawrence Market, restaurant and club around the corner. The hotel contributed to a great weekend.

Very nice hotel with comfortable suites. Studio suite has all you need including small kitchen and free Internet with wired connection. Bathroom had shower only; no bath, but that was no problem for us. Did not check out the pool or other facilities. Only negative was the included buffet breakfast. "Great stay north of Toronto"
Lovely hotel suite. Was expecting it to be a bit larger so that sitting area had a bit more room for pack and play for son. Set temperature in both rooms, however it seemed as though there was a constant cool breeze. Homewood Suites, Vaughan was a great deal! Suite style room, separate bedroom, very clean, quiet and the hotel staff were great! Dinner is included on weeknights and breakfast every day. The food was great and there was a great selection for breakfast! If I had one negative comment it would be that the cleaning staff forgot to wipe down the kitchen, […] didn't replace the coffee and creamers that we had used so we had none for our second day and they left the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I regularly stay at Homewood Suites and I would assume perhaps their staff is new and not used to having to do the added duties. Perhaps in time they will be better. Even though there were a few missed cleaning items, I would highly recommend this hotel to business travellers and families alike. Great location to highway, restaurants and York University. Oh! Thanks to the Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Vaughan our daughter Julia's sweet 16 birthday party was perfect! Her friends and I (her mom) spent the first day at Canada's Wonderland followed by a beautiful dinner, swim and treats at the hotel. Tremendous Value and Fantastic Service. My family and I enjoyed the hotel and its amenites. The one bedroom suite with our own bathroom and a kitchen with full frig was terrific. Totally amazed with this hotel. It is exactly as described on its site. The staff were courteous, and attentive to our needs. This hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. They took the initiative to ensure that you received outstanding service. The hotel was very quiet, and the suite was very nice.
