Our hotel stay was very pleasant. The hotel room was absolutely great, with fluffy pillows, modern looking-designs and functional gadgets. About the location, you need to think carefully if you want to stay in this hotel if your primary purpose for going to Suzhou is to visit the gardens and the museum. Indeed, the hotel is located far away from these landmarks. From the hotel, you can either take a taxi but you can expect to pay 40 yuan or you can take the metro, conveniently located across the hotel. However, the eight stations to Lindun Lu will take you at least 15mins. Then, you are still at three kilometers from the site. From Lindun Lu to the site, you can look for a taxi, but may not always be easy to find one, or, take a bus or even take an expensive Rick shaw. A short ten minutes from the hotel, at Time Square Metro Station, is a newly built and modern mall which can be an alternative to the hotel restaurant. Overall, Modena delivers. Keep it up!!! The hotel was a very good value. It is new, well equipped, well maintained and in a great location. Adjacent to Times Sqaure on the northeast side of Jinji Hu. It is close to the Suzhou Yuan Qu train station. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was minimal, but adequate.

As others have said, if you want to be in the centre of old Suzhou then this hotel might not be for you as it's a bit far away in Suzhou Industrial Park. However, it is right next to Xinghu Jie subway station, so you can still get to places easily. But note that the subway doesn't run very late. Many restaurants and shops are just a 5 minute walk away […] at Times Square. The hotel itself is fantastic. Modern spacious rooms with great views (even if you have a "city view" room). The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Plenty of amenities including a full kitchen with fridge, freezer microwave and stove, flatscreen tv, DVD player. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had problems with the free in-room wifi when I stayed here in August 2012, but after staying here again in April 2013 everything seems to be fixed so there are no problems there either. 숙박은 다른 곳과 크게 차이가 없었지만, 내부 시설은 국내콘도를 연상케 할 정도 였습니다..특히, 주변 환경이 좋았습니다..조용하고, 걸어서 5분 거리에 국민은행도 있고, 소주에서 제일 맛 좋은 한국 식당도 있고, KFC, 버거킹등 다양한 먹거리가 있습니다..다만, 이번 예약에서 한가지 아쉬움이 있었습니다..CHECK IN시 아침식사 제공이 안된다고 하더군요..제가 출력해온 자료에는 아침식사가 포함되어 있었고, 호텔 직원과 협상하여 결국 5일치만 아침식사표를 받았습니다..결국 3일은 밖에서 해결했습니다..예약 시 반드시 확인해 주세요..

가격대비 호텔은 좋았습니다. 서비스 아파트먼트 형태라 주방이 있는 것도 좋았고 침실이 분리되어 있는것도 맘에 들고 욕실 상태도 좋았습니다. 단점은 일하는 직원들인데 영어가 잘 안되서 이야기하는데 쉽지 않았고 다른방을 이용하던 동행분이 체크아웃시 쓰지도 않은 커피포트가 고장났다고 배상을 요구해서 한참을 이야기했습니다. 약간 억지가 있었으나 상급자가 나타나 그냥 가라고 하더군요. 잘 이용하고 가려는데 이런일이 있어 조금 마음이 상했습니다. 그리고 일반 건물에 있어 입구찾기가 좀 어렵고 주변에 편의 시설이 없어 약간 불편했으나 호텔있는 동네가 다 그렇더군요. 이쪽에 출장오신분들이라면 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

New hotel, very comfortable rooms. They are like a small apartment with kitchen and living room and separated bedroom. Very clean and functional it looks more like an aparthotel. The hotel in general doesn't offer much more.no vending machines. Hotel Restaurant not fit for foreign travelers need menu improvement as well as for breakfast ( now Chinese […] style, you can get a conji soup but no pastries or scrambled eggs). No bar , no nearby restaurants but the small grocery store around the corner is a lifesaver. The location is near to underground stations and conveniently placed and conveniently located nearly the Suzhou industrial park. A major issue is Internet access is dysfunctional, apparently due to internal overload. Although is a good fit for business travelers even for long stay, Internet is a must for business and , as I count on it for business, I'd loudly ask for improvements prior booking the next time. With the roaming cost I sustained because of internet lack of availability I'd rather go to a 5 stars hotel but with very small and easy improvements it would be great. Read more

日中問題がこじれているなか、非常に対応もよく、ホテル自体はコンパクトで豪華さはありませんが、部屋も近代的で、リビング・ベッドルームが分かれており、これまで泊まった中国のホテルでは最も快適でした。ただ、タクシーが場所を把握していないでの、歩いて数分の地下鉄の駅を指名した方がよいでしょう。高層ビルで遠くても確認できます。

2012年4月～5月にビジネス滞在で４泊利用しました。 利用したのは１６階の部屋です。 ２９階建ての高層ホテルで、 ってから１年ほどだということで、 全てが綺麗でスマートです。 ここは長期滞在型のホテルで、 部屋にキッチン、調理器具、電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫などが設備されています。 スチームアイロンやアイロン台もあります。 部屋も広く、ゆったり過ごせます。 蘇州金鶏湖の開発地区で、滞在中（2012.4月月末）に地下鉄が開通するなど 街中が“工事中”のような状態です。 ホテルも周囲も全て工事中で、タクシーでストレートに入れなかったり 埃っぽかったりで暫くはこの環境が続くでしょう。 食事は1階の反対側にコンビニあり、小さいながらも一通り揃います。 ５００ｍほど歩けばショッピングモールのようなものあ […] り ある程度不自由は無いと思います。 チェックインした日だけは日本語が話せるスタッフが居ましたが毎日は居ない様です。 英語は通じました。 長期滞在を想定している割には朝食のメニューが少なくマンネリです。 私は白粥しか朝食べないので不自由はありませんでした。 値段の割には満足の高いホテルでした。 Read more
