"Really Special Stay"
My wife and I spent 15 days in Chile for our honeymoon. Our first two nights in country we had the privilege of staying at the Aubrey. It was just a wonderful experience. The staff took exceptional care of us and I do not recall getting better service at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel even comped us a complimentary bottle of champagne that […] we drank pool side. The restaurant at the hotel was also exemplary. Next time we are in Santiago we plan on staying at the Aubrey for sure. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Boutique Bliss in Santiago's Hip Neighborhood"
The Aubrey was a super comfortable and pleasingly esthetic small hotel in the Bellavista area of Santiago. We walked to great restaurants for lunch and dinner. The staff was completely helpful, from giving advice about dinner reservations to contacting our friends at another Hotel. Hip, relaxing, with great service!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Amazing Boutique Hotel"
We stayed at the Aubrey for 4 nights and from the moment we arrived until we left we had an amazing time. The hotel is well situated in the Bellavista area of Santiago, which is packed with great restaurants and close to a lot of the main tourist attractions. The Aubrey is a truly wonderful boutique hotel with beautiful design, a fantastic layout, awesome […] bedrooms and great outdoor bar and pool areas. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. When it came to the food we were really impressed. Breakfast was great, offering a wide choice of yummy food and The Aubrey's dinner and mouth watering desserts and cheeseboards were superb. We had such a great time at The Aubrey and can't wait until our next visit! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Aubrey - beautiful hotel but ......"
The Aubrey is a beautiful hotel. We had 2 nights there and enjoyed all it had to offer with one exception and that was having to listen to one of the owners of the hotel abuse his staff, swear at his staff and even fire one of his staff, and all this in the hotel bar! We could not believe it. The other staff were very good and professional and it would […] be for this reason I would suggest the hotel is worth a visit. It is NOT because of the owner (who, I believe, is Australian, which is even more disappointing). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, ambience and service"
The Aubrey is in an excellent location in the Barrio Bella Vista, adjacent to San Cristobal, and an easy walk to the main down town area. The Aubrey has a great ambience, relaxing and quiet, and the staff were excellent. I had read recent reviews criticising the cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast, but we did not experience this. Breakfast […] is not just self serve: freshly squeezed juices, eggs etc cooked to order, fresh espresso coffee were all offered. Complimentary afternoon tea is offered each day, and the bar is well stocked. Staff were helpfukl with restaurant suggestions and organiseda day tour for us.We thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights there at the end of a 4 week holiday in South America. "The gorgeous Hotel Aubrey in Santiago"
I have just returned to New Zealand after 8 days in Santiago staying at the Hotel Aubrey. The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located in a restored mansion in charming Bellavista, at the foot of San Cristobel, it is a real gem in every respect. I would love to stay there again, and would unhesitatingly recommend it. Santiago, too, is a captivating […] city that grew on me more each day. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Aubrey Santiago"
Extremely stylish and comfortable boutique Hotel in a very hip area of Santiago-may be a little "raw" for some- but there is nothing raw about the Aubrey. The staff are very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The architectural details and renovation of this significant building(house of an ex politician) are beautifully executed and imaginative. Food […] and atmosphere great.Delicious brekky. Highly recommend. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

we were surprised to find out that part of the bath room is located in the sleeping room (the wash basin ), only shower and toilet are in a seperate room There was a dripping of warm water opening the tap of the wash basin, no body was able to repair it during our stay inspit of our complaints from the other hand breakfast was very good including the service ,the porer was very helpfull and the location is one of the best in santiago
"Very Cute Hotel"

We really liked the Aubrey Hotel. Check-in was very friendly and personal including a tour of the facilities. Breakfast is wonderful with a great variety and the fruit was the best we have tasted in our travels. The location is great with many good restaurants near the hotel. There is a park next door and the zoo at the top of the hill. The pool is very nice and secluded. The only issue we had was the yapping dogs in the park when trying to sleep. They were not that loud and stopped for most of the night. Overall an excellent experience.

We stayed at this delightful boutique hotel for four nights on arrival in Santiago. It's a lovely converted old mansion with good bedroom suites, a lovely swimming pool, restaurant and fabulous bar. We found the owner and the staff extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were first class. The location is very well placed. We will return.
"A trendy small palace in the hearth of Santiago"

The Aubrey it is a very trendy place, a small aristocratic building at the beginning of the lively Calle Constitution, the heart of Barrio Bellavista. In its structure, articulated asimmetricaly through 3 different floor and an annex building you can find a very nice and clean swimming pools, a lively cocktail bar, and a number of nice rooms, not so big but with strong character, fully equipped and in any sense different (I think between them and in comparison with the standard rooms of other more traditional hotels). The service is very professional, the atmosphere elegant and sophisticated, but absolutely easy and relaxed. Breakfast is a bit minimal but well presented and at a good level of quality. In conclusion The Aubrey is an upmarket option, enough pricey, but with a touch that makes it really an outstanding lodging experience.

Wonderful hotel, great experience, A1 location, made our stay truly one of the highlights of our recent South American trip, especially Andreas, best bar manager in South America. Thanks again to all.

I can say that's the best hotel I've stayed ever. Location is great (walking distance to bars, restaurants, touristic places), the service is perfect, the room is amazing, the food is very good, it's just perfect. The only warning is regarding the price: it's not cheap but definitly compensates the cost. With the price of a bad hotel in Rio or a regular hotel in NY you can have a GREAT room at Aubrey.
"This is a keeper!"

This boutique hotel is worth the pesos. The location doesn't get any better. The help is attentive and kind. While there is so much to do around the hotel, you may be tempted to just stay and relax at the hotel. The pool area is relaxing and beautifully situated. The lounge and sitting areas are expansive and spaced out for those who like a bit of privacy. It felt like there was always a nice breeze throughout the hotel even when the summer temps were quite warm. While a bit pricey, it's worth it to stay here, especially if you have to check out and wait around for a late night international flight. Put it on your list of best places to stay in Santiago.

We booked 2 nights on a recommendation in the Sydney Morning Herald. It was all & more. We had a pavilion room with a private courtyard. There is a wonderful pool. The ambience is eclectic with both old & new furnished areas to sit in private as well as a piano bar with a lovely tapis menu. The staff organised our transfer as well as a wonderful private tour to Valparaiso. The owner is Australian so we felt at home. It is in Bella Vista - a bohemian area of Santiago with bars and restaurants all around. The staff will recommend an appropriate place to go.
"Worth going to Santiago for"

Wow! What an amazing hotel which felt more like staying as a very welcome house guest. I can't rave enough about the elegant and special way the hotel has been created. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels all over the world and this is definitely in my top three! Superb! Santiago is a lovely safe city with really kind people and this oasis in the city was the icing on the cake. Staff are really kind, and we met the owner Mark who has a great energy and genuinely wants all of his guests to have a special stay. Everything was amazing! Also really lively and very good restaurants on the same street less than ten minutes walk away. Very safe. We found it very hard to leave the beautiful pool area in the evening, and even harder to leave the hotel!
