Clean and comfortable. Some room amenities. Location is great. The hotel staff does not speak English fluently, and somewhat struggle to converse in English. If you're fluent in Spanish, this won't be an issue.

I was very happy with my experience with this apartment. I had to be at the University of Navarra every morning and the walk to campus was very nice.... There are lots of conveniences in and around the building. Pamplona is not very big, so I took walks to the old city several times (it only takes 15 minutes). Bus access is also very good if you need it. I plan to return and will book a room here again. The only problem I had was with the Internet. There was no in-room Internet and so they gave me a 3G wireless USB modem. That was even better, given that I could use that with my laptop throughout the city. But that cost extra and it didn't work with my MacBook laptop, so that created big problems because I had to have online access. by a Hotels.com guest on 04/09/11

Lo que creo que faltaba era un espejo en la habitación (aunque fuera de medio cuerpo), dado que sólo existía en el baño, y al ser éste compartido, tampoco era correcto monopolizarlo todo el rato. Ah! otra cosa, avisen personalmente que los fines de semana […] las oficinas cambian de horario (Hay un letrerito, pero no te fijas), y si quieres salir pronto (o llegar tarde), te quedas colgado en la calle.
