We stayed here knowing that were were going to a budget hotel that would be a little walk to the tourist strip and only planned on staying one night anyway. However, we didnt plan on having to get a tax because we didnt feel safe enough to walk. The shower head sprayed water out from the base wear it connects to the wall and flooded the bathroom. The hotel staff is excellent, so willing to help. Things were so smooth thanks to lady at reception, she was wonderful. Hotel is located a bit far from Phuket main street but if you don't mind walking or renting a scooter, you will sure enjoy.

This hotel is horrible...do not stay here! This hotel is not conveniently located. It was approximately a mile from the beach and town. However, the location is the least of problems regarding this hotel. The rooms only have air conditioning when you are in the room and have a key in the electrical socket. Once you leave your room...no more air conditioning. […] Our air conditioner broke during the evening and the hotel refused to move us to another room until the engineer looked over the problem. The hotel is dirty and the pool is not a place where I can imagine swimming---The breakfast was overpriced and nothing special. Overall it is a very good value hotel. This place is close to the shopping area of the Patong Beach. We walked there and never need to ride the Tuk Tuk. The breakfast provided was quite good. The only compliant I have is they didn't give us a room with balcony even though the room description indicated a balcony. hotel was great!! staff were great but sometimes hard to communicate but what do you expect. Your in a foreign country..learn to adapt. Still renovating so will be so much better once its done. rooms are emaculate outside is a lil dirty but like i said maintenance in place. worth evry penny!!

I stayed at the APK Resort for 3 nights at the end of our holiday in Phuket. The location is at the back of Patong on a busy main road and not really any other hotels close by. It took around 20 minutes to walk to Patong beach. There is a bit of construction going on in the hotel and in the area so we didn't stay in the hotel much. The outside of […] the hotel is quite dated and not very appealing. There is only 1 old lift for the 8 floors and the pool is more like a water fountain. But after taking in all these negative things about the hotel the rooms really made it very comfortable to stay there. The decoration is very modern and comfortable and even has a spa bath on the balcony. I would recommend to stay here if you are on a budget and were only going to be staying in the room at night. Good hotel! Pool on the rooftop and very close to everything, shopingmall, bars, clubs and restaurants! Very nice spa on the hotel but you can get cheaper if you look elsewhere. Rooms very clean and good air-con. Unfortunately the road just outside the hotel is very busy and loud. Maybe not so good if you have small children..

My partner and I (New Zealanders) stayed at APK for 7 nights whilst in Patong. We intially booked for 3 nights just in case we wernt happy, but once there we were very impressed with the hotel, buffet breakfast, location and staff that we extended our stay. The room was just a standard room (nothing 5 star) but it was great, clean, big enough for the […] 2 of us and was air conditioned. The bathroom was fine, shower over bath but all in all, it was clean and everything worked properly. The buffet breakfast was great, as was the spa and massage up on level 8. The roof top pool is great, and is a good way to see all over patong. The staff are very friendly and whenever we needed assistance were happy to help. The location is perfect, its just behind the big shopping centre, is approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach but its away from the noise of the night life which is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants comfortable/affortable accomodation in patong. We recommend hiring a scooter (very cheap) and using this to get around as taxi's and tuk tuks get expensive, restaurants can get pricey with the service tax they whack on to your bill so we ate most of our meals at the food centre in the shopping mall, it was great, the food is delish, cheap and the chefs are lovely thai people! We stayed for 4 nights at the APK and were very impressed with the appearance and cleanlines of the room! Hotel buffet breakfast was pretty standard, same choice everyday, though not all food was covered. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception staff were pretty rude and there was always chaos at the desk due to language barrier […] and disorganisation. Free wifi in the lobby was a bonus and the computers were cheap to use (100 Baht an hour) Location wise, there's good and bad points. It's quite far to the beach, about a 15 minute walk with no shuttle service. Though it's close to the shopping centre, many food vendors, bars and restaurants. ホテルの部屋自体は綺麗で快適でした。冷蔵庫もあり無料のミネラルウォーターも一泊につき２本置いてくれます。ただ立地はかなり最悪でした。中心地から少し離れているうえに周りにお店も少ないです。またホテルの周りに野良犬がうようよいて怖くて外に出られませんでした。朝食はブュッフェ形式で特に不満はありませんでした。コンチネンタル形式で卵もその場で調理してくれます。ただしホテルの従業員は驚く程不愛想です。挨拶もなければ笑顔の一つもありません。逆におもしろいくらい全員が全員仏頂面でした。元々昼間はオプショナルツアーを利用する為、寝る為だけに取ったホテルだったので総合的には不満はありません。ただ街歩きをされる方、サービスの質を求める方には不向きなホテルだと思います。

We booked 2 weeks at APK Resort to come closer to Patong city / beach. The located an OK distance to the city shops, markets, Bangla Road (10min walk) and about 15minute walk to get to the beach. Our experience at this hotel was OK. From the hotel we came from the hotel staff was much more service minded. At APK Resort the staff at reception did not […] even ask if we needed help with our luggage to our room / to find our room. There is a very small pool that we did not even use, since there where no sunlight in this area. Right outside our balcony there where many dogs (seemed to be part of the hotel) and these dogs made a lot of noise (barking), which could be quite irritating. Else the rooms where OK by the price we paid. The air-conditioning system are really LOUD and noisy. You can rent motorbikes in the reception for 300BHT day. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, we would not recommend this hotel. Read more

Sehr sehr nettes Personal !!! Leider wird um das Hotel rundherum gebaut und auch die Straße ist im Bau so dass die Beurteilung nicht hoch ausfallen kann. Wenn man die Arbeiten weg lässt muss man mit dem Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden sein. 場所はパトンビーチから少し離れているので真昼の暑い時間にはバイクを借りた方が便利でした。 掃除が行き届いていないこともあったけれど、ホテルの人が親切で、帰りの空港までのタクシーの予約なども安心してできました。 近くに１kg５０バーツくらい（だったと思う）で洗濯してくれるお店があったのであんまり服を持っていかなくてもよかったと思いました。

Hotellista pitkä matka keskustaan ja rannalle. Iltaisin hotellin vievä päätie pimeä noin 200metrin matkan, tietyöremonttia. Muutoin huone puhdas ja erittäin siisti. Käytössäni oli minisviittihuone jossa pore-amme joka toimi hyvin. Hinta-laatusuhteeseen olin tyytyväinen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä lukuunottamatta yhtä työntekijää respassa.

BTSのAsok駅に近く、大通りから少し入るので目の前の道路の交通量も少なく、都心にしては静かで、2011年10月にオープンしたばかりのショッピング・モールTerminal21にも徒歩で行けて、隣駅まで歩けば、ブランド・ショップの入った伊勢丹・三越っぽいEmporiumもあり便利です。

お値段の割にはお部屋もきれいで快適でした。サービスも十分だと思います。ただ、住宅街や町が近く、道路沿いで騒音があり、リゾートという感じではありません。 ビーチで過ごしたり、ツアー参加がメインで泊まるだけのようでしたら、問題なく快適だと思いました。
