The Plush Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was decent. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would have appreciated better pillows. The grounds were gorgeous. It was close to the airport which was convenient for our early flight out the next morning and the staff were willing to set breakfast out early for us so long as we told them what time we needed to leave. I would stay there again.

We stayed here one night because we were led to believe the hotel is close to the Bristol airport. It's not. So if you want a hotel close to the airport, this is not it. On the flip side its a very nice hotel. Great pub area & pub food. Nice staff - very helpful. I'd stay here if you plan to be in the area for a while.

I found the staff at the hotel to be AMAZING!!! they were super nice and kind, very helpful, polite. I have spoken with 5 different people and they were all very efficient and provided excellent service. I was extermely pleased wth my stay.The quality of the hotel was very good for the price I paid.I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely room. with huge bed and massive bath. Nice continental breakfast with lots of choice, but some guests came in at 1 am and 2 am and 3 am, so I didn't get a good sleep! Not really the Hotel's problem but I wish we had not been on the ground floor, next to the front door!

Owner is very friendly, he recommended somewhere local to eat in the evening, and breakfast in the morning was extremely good. Room very well appointed with modern bath and shower. Wi-Fi was good and parking is on the street. I will stay here again next time I am in the area.

nice and friendly, walkable to the city centre (25mins) no actual parking but off street not a problem. Downside,no lounge to relax in.

This B&B was conveniently located near several pubs and the down-town area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine. If you are looking for a good value, then you should try the Dexby Town House.

We had an enjoyable stay, the rooms had just been refurbished, bathrooms were good. Best thing for us was that during our stay it was quiet so we could sleep. The table tops and the floor of the dining room could have been cleaner and we had to ask for more glasses and cutlery but it would not stop us from staying again. Очень хороший гостевой дом. До отличного не дотянул, т.к. единственный паб со спорт.телетрансляциями был в 10 минутах ходьбы. До центра Кардиффа с полчаса пешком. Не получил от владельца ланч-бокс взамен завтрака в связи с ранним выездом, даже никого не нашёл при освобождении номера в 5:30
