Hotel shows age but overall comfortable. Beds an rooms were neat restful. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located next door to the Airport. No Fox News on the cable TV but had anti-American Al Jazeera. Air conditioning in the room was inadequate. Had no ironing board or iron available. Do not eat at the hotel buffet food was terrible quality and cold. Only three choices for beer at the hotel bar. Two local brands and Heineken. The only reason I would stay again is it is very convenient to the Airport.

I wish I just stay on this resort in my visit in Cebu. I stayed in other resort and was disappointed with the accommodation and service not to mention the price of those resort that I paid. I enjoyed the ambiance of the resort, the friendliness of the staff they all catered to the comfort of their guest. The breakfast was soo yummy and everything I'm craving was there... what more could I ask. Last but not least, we had so much fun swimming in the swimming pools with 3 choices. Looking forward on my next stay in Maribagu Bluewater.

I recently stayed at the Bella Vista Hotel from March 26th to April 6th, 2012. The van from the hotel picked me up at the airport after a very short wait. From the moment I got there, the staff of the hotel was very helpful in every way. The staff was friendly, greeting us every morning when we went down for breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was very good every day, and I was especially happy that on Fridays they served fish for breakfast as i stayed there during lent. We went swimming on the roof, and the pool and the area surrounding the pool was very clean. We had some clothes that needed to be washed, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with the time they needed and prompt delivery to our room exactly when they said it would be done. If i had any complaint, it would be that some of the towels and sheets and some dark stains on them. This didn't bother me, but it might bother some other people. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people, and when I return to Cebu at the end of the year, I will stay there again!!

This hotel don't have all the aminities compared to other luxirious tourist hotels in Mactan; however the internet speed iis extremely fast for a business people. Breakfast is very good for the price paid by their guests. The employees were helpful and flexible to make your stay very comfortable.
Location.
Situated in the heart of Cebu, Pacific Pensionne is close to Robinsons Plaza, Magellan's Cross, and Heritage of Cebu Monument. Also nearby are Casa Gorordo Museum and Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral.
Hotel Features.
Dining options at this business-friendly hotel include a restaurant, a coffee shop/café, and a bar/lounge. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. The hotel features business amenities including a meeting/conference room and audio-visual equipment. The staff can arrange event catering and currency exchange. Additional amenities include a concierge desk, a garden, and coffee in the lobby. For a surcharge, guests receive transportation including a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request), an area shuttle, and a shopping center shuttle. Self parking is complimentary. "dirty hotel"
we came in the linens were not changed and there is musty odor in the room . No coming back to this hotel
"No standards"
There were several issues with this hotel. The room accommodations for the price was too small. The air conditioning (a/c) did not cool the room nor make it cold. There was no way to adjust the a/c to blow to where the bed position was at. Then, there was no hot water to shower with as a basic standard. While in the showers, there was no room to stand […] as your leg would be next to the toilet bowl. There is no elevator (disabled veteran) that had to walk up/down four flights of stairs. The stairs did not appear to be standard height and at every level, there where large vase decorations that are placed in the walk ways and made you navigate on the stair landings to avoid decor and other visitors. Recommend: 1. Reduce room rate for poor a/c and no hot water in a 14' X 13' room. 2. Improve on the a/c conditions of the room 3. Provide basic hot water for showering 4. Remove abstructions on stair landings to ensure greater movement and consider for fire exit plans To be considered to be rated on a 5 star system, the rating requirements should be used on this hotel not just based on opinions. I would recommend Pacific Pensionne for light travelers or for individuals who are always on the go. The hotel has free wi-fi in the lobby and cafe area, for the room you need to pay and would have a choice on the number of hours of usage. 사이트에서 제공한 정보와는 너무 다른, 형편없는 시설에 너무 실망했고, 객실 청결도 형편없더군요. 단지 시내에 위치해 있어 이동은 편리 했습니다. 혹시, 세부시내에 숙박을 정하실 분들은 4만원 정도의 다른 호텔을 찾아보기를 권해드립니다. 시설이 한국의 여인숙이나 고시원에 샤워실만 딸린 수준이더군요.

호텔이라고 부르기 좀 남부럽지만 막탄에서 해양스포츠를 하고 세부 관광을 한다고 이 호텔을 정했는데 세부 관광은 반나절이면 충분합니다. 그래서 굳이 이 호텔에서 안지내도 됩니다. 수영장있는 괜찮은 호텔도 상대적으로 많이 안비싸니깐 휴양을 위해 호텔을 구하시는게 나을거 같습니다.
