This hotel is right next to Subway and has a very small sign above the door. It is easy to miss if locals did not help out. Curb appeal is definately not there. However, because this is a converted apartment complex, the rooms were large, unique and comfortable. It is good for families ONLY if you are confident in your use of public transportation (bus […] and tube). Exterior doors in our apartment suite were unlocked when we arrived so safety was a concern. We stayed recently in the Presidential Apartment, aka the James Bond Suite. All of the suites are mildly themed, but this one was the winner, as it has a very large balcony with a hot tub. We loved everything about the space -- lots of room, full kitchen, washing machine. Other people have commented on other websites that the hotel is a bit new, and […] while our room was completely finished, there were a few superficial kinks that hadn't been worked out (doors/windows sticking, the hot tub has to be refilled each day). The fire alarm did go off (and stayed on for a while) one morning, but to a degree that can't be helped. The only things that were less than ideal was that neither of our computers could get a good internet connection, and the connection was strongest near the door (with the bedroom and living room being virtually out of range). Sometimes connection problems happen (esp. with US computers overseas), and the hotel staff was nice about trying to reset the routers. The hotel is also a bit out of central London. It takes about 45 min. and a combination of the train/tube to get back and forth, but if you are looking for a romantic place to hole up for a few days, it was perfect. Read more

For the price this was a good hotel. Not too far from the main attractions. Very modern suite. It is an apartment in my opinion. It was only about 25 minutes bus/train to Victoria. We didn't mind this at all. The train was clean and the people are very friendly and helpful if you need directions. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, staff are friendly and you get plenty of space. Two TV's in my room, as well as most of the things you could need for a little home away from home! Problems are: Distance from tube (20 minute walk) No hair dryer. Area isn't great but felt pretty safe between the tube and the hotel. No where to put your things in the bathroom. Wonderfull modern and clean apartment, well styled in convienient location to heathrow (35 pounds via taxi to terminal 5) surrounding area is very ordinary and felt unsafe at night but perfect for a short stay enroute. Highly recommended

This aparthotel is in West Ealing and appears initially to not be in a very good location, but the nearby West Ealing rail station is just 20 mins from London Heathrow or 10 mins to Paddington. Its on a high street with a tiny entrance, not at all complimentary, but once inside the apartments are large, luxurious and well appointed; we even had a large […] rooftop balcony. The apartments are new and work is still being done on them but the rooms were fab. Reception was helpful and I loved the style of the rooms and once found it was easy to get around. Really liked the apartments and look forward to staying again

Het geboekte appartement met twee slaapkamers bleek niet beschikbaar, daarover gaan we nog met Hotels.com in de slag. Beoordeling: mooi, schoon appartement, karig ontbijt op de kamer is bij te boeken, maar ga maar liever ergens ontbijten of haal je boodschappen in huis. Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck. Bei genauerem Hinsehen allerdings, werden einige Mängel sichtbar: Das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad lief nur sehr langsam ab, sodass es fast überlief, die Matratzen rutschten vom Bettgestell und die Lüftungsanlage hat nachts sehr laute Geräusche gemacht. Insgesamt war das Zimmer […] so hellhörig, dass man kaum Schlaf finden konnte. Die Küche war jedoch gut ausgestattet, auch die elektrischen Geräte waren modern. Einen Föhn gab es auf Anfrage an der Rezeption. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend, was den Ärger über den Schlafmangel jedoch nicht wettmachen konnte.... Beim Check In muss eine Kaution von 50 Pfund hinterlegt werden. Die U Bahn Station ist in 15min per Fußweg erreichen, oder man nimmt den Bus. Read more

Das Hotel ist eigentlich preis-/leistungsmäßig und für britische Verhältnisse gut, aber hatte gerade während meines Aufenthalts extreme Probleme mit den sanitären Anlagen. Vielleicht versuche ich es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal. Bisher hatte ich auch von meinen Familienmitgliedern nur Gutes vom Best Western Maitrisse gehört.
