"Very nice place to stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 28, 2012
We enjoyed it. The room was nice, walking distance to Osaka turist attractions. It's to bad it was for a night but, I would definitely stay there again.

"Hotel Granvia Kyoto - an oasis in a train station"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 26, 2012
This a first class hotel. Especially in Japan where tiny rooms are the norm the rooms were luxuriously sized and very nicely furnished.. English was spoken by many staff. The location can't be beat for convenience. It is in the train station with easy access to the Shinkansen, subway and major bus routes. Also if you are travelling to another destination they will help you ship your luggage there for a reasonable fee.The train station has numerous shops, restaurants, even a department store and two malls.

Located in the city’s north side, this is Osaka’s center for contemporary shopping. In addition to numerous shopping malls, this is the home of the Umeda Sky Building. Designed to reflect the image of the sky, the building’s two 173 meter towers are joined by exterior escalators and a rooftop floating garden. The Blue Note Osaka, one of the city’s premier jazz clubs, is also found in Umeda.
