Hotel was very clean and very nice. The hotel had the best breakfast of our entire one month trip through Asia. Room was very large and very comfortable. Its a short walk to town which we didnt mind but if you dont like to walk then this hotel might not be for you. Overall we were extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. It's a little bit out of the centre but the hotel provides free half-hourly mini-bus shuttle service to and from the centre all day and evening to 9.45 pm. We didn't dine here so can't comment on the food, but the breakfast was fine. Would certainly recommend it.

Excellent three day stay - possible to rent scooters and make a few trips out of town - Marble Mountain for one and exploring some of the less visited areas with in the Hoi An...found some great local places to eat by getting off the main streets.

Ok, maybe that's a bit harsh. It was about a 20min walk to the bars and main night life and even further from the beach... though they did offer free bicycles. Only thing I could really say bad about the hotel is that the pool is in a terrible position, you lose the sun by about 1:30pm.

A good standard hotel for the price. My room was clean, spacious and had a balcony. the staff were attentive and spoke good English. Its a little bit out from the old town but still only a 10 min walk. If you don't want to walk there are plenty of motto drivers around, and the hotel has free bikes for guests to use.

Overall stay was ok until we checked out. We were asked to pay for 2 bottles of beer which we did not consume. The amount was very small, we paid for it in order to get our passport back. For other guests, do check your mini bar when you are checking in so you will not be charged for items that you have not taken.

What a great hotel. After being flooded out last November, we chose a hotel on the opposite side of town. A little bit a walk to the main area, the hotel supplies an hourly shuttle to their other hotel closer in. Great pool, fabulous room (we had the biggest suite a choice as we were staying for 2 weeks and wanted comfort. 55 sq metres, the room was […] incredible, large lounge area, kingsize bed and a bathroom to dream of - marble, large bath with shower over AND and separate walkin shower. Two balconys both with table and chairs. The Hotel had a good breakfast, hot and eggs cooked to order. the restaurent was the same price as most cafes in town (a nice surprise) and their beer was generally cheaper. Room service prompt and no extra charges. Laundry charges by the Kilo and very reasonable The only downfall of the room was the lounge. rather uncomfortable and when you leaned back the cushions tended to leave the base.which made getting comfortable a bit of a challenge. No Wifi in the room, but plenty of computers downstairs. Be aware, the hotel DOES NOT accept credit cards and will take payment only in VN Dong. so if you can prebook (thru Expedia) and save any problems. Most ATM will only give you the equiv. of $100 per withdrawal - the Agricbank ATM opp the main Mainlinh taxi rank, in the street that goes down to the Cam bridge gives $250. Read more

It's a nice place with great staff. Old town is a bike ride away. Rent a bike from opposite the road for 3$ a day. The same bike is 5$ from the reception :)

After staying in a number of budget hotels in Vietnam, this was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious with everything you could wish for. Staff were helpful and from each shift to the next their hangovers ensured service was seemless. Cannot rate more highly for value for money. Ten minute walk to town - with local eateries all along the way.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was HUGE and quite comfortable (though, the mattress was a little too firm). Free shuttle buses to the old town every hour and back meant that we were never far from the action. Good clean hotel. We got upgraded to a deluxe 1 which is a lovely room. Good pool, decent breakfast. It's a bit further out than some hotels (10-15min walk) but they have a free shuttle to their sister hotel in the centre.

Great hotel. We had 3 Superior Rooms that all had balconies overlooking the pool. The view from the balconies was magic and relaxing at night. The rooms had large bathrooms that were in Brown Marble floors and walls. The extra large King Size bed made the nights more comfortable. Love comes from a) very spacious standard room with lovely balcony which has nice over-look of the swimming pool; b) buffet breakfast with very good food variety is absolutely unexpected for such a room rate; c) hotel provides free shuttle bus to its sister hotel at the edge of old town and bicycles. Hate comes from a) no tissue roll in the bathroom […] and had to came down to front desk asking for it; b) shuttle bus service was not reliable - took off 5 minutes earlier than schedule and didn't stop even though we ran after it at the first sight of its starting to drive away; on the way back front desk clerk told us the last 10pm bus would come but then forgot to inform the driver to come and pick us up, didn't even realize that until we checked after waiting till 10 minutes passed 10pm, we were then squeezed onto a hotel staff's motobike instead of the nice van; c) hotel kept our passports upon checking in despite that I've paid the hotel via booking website, and didn't return to us upon checking out. We didn't realize that until checking in Danang airport! Hotel promised to send a courier to the airport with our names written on a big paper board which came with a charge of US$10. The guy showing up held nothing but just our passports in his hands and stood there spending no effort looking for us! I would had never been able to get our passports back if not constantly patrolling the airport entrances to searching for anybody that might look like the courier! Moreover that guy insisted I had to pay 250,000VND which should just be 205,000VND according to the exchange rate on that date!! I only had a few minutes left before my checking in counter closed so really no extra time and effort to argue with him any more. Had to paid then run to the check-in counter to continue with rest of my journey. Can't believe that this could happen! The room size is good with a large bathroom, but the bed sheet and furniture look old and not so clean. The reception staff are not friendly. The location is far away from tourist area, about 15~20 minutes walk, and we are not sure if there is hotel shuttle bus. Wifi works well inside the room.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der hektischen Altstadt in einer ruhigen Zone. Dank des stündlichen Shuttledienstes vom Hotel in die Altstadt ist das aber kein Nachteil, sondern ein Vorteil. Da Fahrräder kostenlos ausgeliehen werden können, kann man bequem zu den Stränden fahren. Nach der Besichtigung der Altstadt kann man sich im hoteleigenen Swimmingpool […] erfrischen. Das Personal im Hotel ist in allen Dingen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Servicequallität des Hauses war gut (Shuttle vom und zum Bahnhof, Bustickets usw, alles konnte besorgt werden). Sehr schönes Hotel ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Man kann sich aber Fahrräder ausleihen oder den stündlichen Shuttleservice ins Zentrum in Anspruch nehmen. Hotellet är 1 km till centrum men har gratis shuttle service för gästerna. Det är ca 4 km till stranden men transport får man fixa själv. The hotel was very average. It has it's ups and downs. Location is acceptable. Fifteen minutes walk to old town, fifteen minutes bikeride to An bang beach. Breakfast uninspiring but acceptable (the mango tasted wierd). Staff was helpful but a bit eager to sell trips and other services. There was other things that need improvement. Room cleaning for […] example. We stayed there for eight nights and was awaken by room cleaning every morning. The complimentary water bottles was of a really lousy quality (leaking!). They couldn't simply get the details right. The hotel didn't ask us about what we thought about our stay, there was no questionnaire. 지리적으로도 좋고 방안이 넒어서 좋고 아침도 뷔페 좋류가 많지 않았지만 괜찮았어요. 수영장은 조금하지만 관리 하고 있었어요, 하지만 근처에 바닷가가 있ㅇ어서 인지 서양인들도 사용을 안했어요.호이안 시티로 걸어서 10분, 하지만 셔틀 버스 운행해서 쉽게 다닐수 있었어요.
