This hotel is amazing. I was in the city for just a couple of nights, did not eat in the restaurant or use the wellness center, but the room itself was bright, clean, very comfortable. Bathroom was a revelation - walk-in shower and a heated floor. Figuring out the lights and room temperature control was a little confusing, but easy to use once sorted. The hotel is just off the center of the old city, getting around couldn't be easier. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the decor is over the top and fabulous, plenty of appealing common rooms to curl up in during the evening. I was a little surprised that a hotel of this size would have only one computer in their business center, but I didn't need to use it. Great (and free) wifi connection in the room. I loved my visit to Ghent, and the Reylof was a big part of that. Would definitely come back!

Great, clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Adjacent to the train station and easy walk to downtown Brugge. We walk most places, so it is nice to drop the bags off and then walk a bit farther for the sites. Parking is inexpensive. The shower wall is frosted glass, so fine for couples, but could be uncomfortable for shy types. The only issues we had were with the window (doesn't open very far and the room was warm) and when the water hits the shower door, it gets on to the floor, so we had water all over the floor. The water temp of the shower was not consistent, but not so bad that it was too uncomfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is about a two minute walk from the main square and all the shops and restaurents. The breakfast is a really great addition to the room as well. The only con is that the wifi only works on the first floor. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Nice stay at an affordable price. Booked here for the fitness room (which was the most disapointing feature of the hotel and we didn't use) but enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Room was clean and comfortable, great breakfast, nice bar/lounge. Front desk staff not very friendly but efficient and helpful. Great location and free wi-fi.

We had some difficulty locating the hotel because the sign posts were not great but this was the only problem we had with the hotel - if we could call it a problem. The rooms have been completely refurbished - it's clean, well furnished, new and very comfortable. It is also in a very convenient spot. First appearance a little confusing - the facade doesn't prepare you for the more utilitarian appearance of the hotel. Having said that the rooms are comfortable and spacious with modern decor. The hospitality shown by the staff was exceptional and the hotel was ideally placed for both city centre and out of town sites. Mijn klanten kwamen echter eerder waardoor ik naar verwachting pas om 01.00 uur in het hotel zou zijn. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il se situe à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique de Gand et les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants.
