      We had a nice visit to the Cairns area; Palm Cove was ideal location--near enough to Cairns, but away from the city. Amphora was great for our family, offering the separate bedrooms for our teenagers and including a kitchen. The refrigerator didn't work and we kept getting excuses about why they couldn't get it fixed (but it was Christmas week, so was almost understandable).

      My son and I recently stayed at Paradise on the Beach and enjoyed the stay. Very close in proximity to any of the local attractions and tourist spots. Outstanding surroundings and pleasant people.
