Although the hotel is clean and the staff very friendly, the location of the hotel really let's it down. You have to get a taxi to everywhere from the hotel. Ripped off by a taxi driver that picked us up from outside our hotel.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we enjoyed the relax atmosphere and the location as it was in the centre of most touris attractions in Kuta (beaches, clubs). If you are looking for a 3 star hotel to meet your limited busget, I centrainly recommend you have a look at this hotel.

My stay was good and comfortable.The only thing that was annoying- a knock on the door at 8am asking if you have any clothes you'd like to send to laundry.This did not happen once but everyday (throughout the 3 days stay).Maybe they can come after 9am or 10am rather than at 8am. Efficient check in and porter explained how things in the room worked (e.g. safe, tv, etc.). The room was fairly small and the bathroom tiny but it was only for one night so it was ok. It is a hotel that's more for business travellers or people on a one or maybe two night stop over in Kuta.

our experience at this hotel was very good we arrived at around 7pm and were welcomed with a refreshing drink the staff were very friendly checkin was very fast no waiting at all our room was on the ground floor right in front of the pool we had 3 rooms together 2 were interconnecting. Breakfast was good had both western and indonesian available staff […] were very friendly and made the effort to speak to you. The rooms were cleaned every day normally when we were out for the day so it was nice to come back to a clean room. Staff happy to book any trips for you but no information avail at the hotel for day trips. if this was avail would probably have gone on a few more trips. checkout was at 12 noon which was also a smooth process. Secuirty was helpful, helping us cross the road to the supermarket and KFC. Buffet breakfast was good, as it changed daily. Locaton is around 15- 20mins walk to main area of Kuta. Try the non alcoholic Sangria, so refreshing.

The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, everything worked perfectly we had no problems. The location is great, only a 3 min cab ride from Legian Street which is where you want to be. You could even walk there! There is no alcohol served at the hotel though, not even in the restaurant. The Santika Kuta is a very clean hotel with staff that tend to your every need. The only downside is the distance from restaurants, shopping etc. Occasionally it was difficult to get a taxi back to the hotel which is about a 20 minute walk from Mata Hari Kuta. Hotel and Staff were lovely. Had a problem with the bathroom leaking and leaving water everywhere. Breakfast was not that great. Good location - walking distance to centre of Kuta. Again, Staff were exceptional and very friendly.

Good hotel overall, located far from the beach and general ammenities. No bar and central pool area echoed badly to surrounding rooms. Many mosquitoes. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Value for money but wouldn't do it again.

BEWARE there are 2 Santika Hotels in Kuta, they misrepresent themselves, they are a Group of hotels run by the same management, so both Kuta hotels appear together. My husband and I along with other couples (that we did not know) all found ourselves at the Hotel Santika inland in a 'premiere' room instead of at the Santika Premiere Resort. We thought we had booked in central Kuta but did find the hotel comfortable but luck the extras. Room size was ok but smallest bathroom .Very noisy in terms of other rooms. WE were on 5th floor but could here the pool noise as well as other rooms .Not many restaurants close buy.

We are pleasantly surprise with the cleanliness of the hotel despite its location along the busy street of Jalan Raya Kuta. Also very happy to have our room upgraded to a premier suit and it comes with a nice Kind size bed and a balcony that overlooking the swimming pool. The room is a located away from traffic noises. Room is very comfortable and huge. […] The furniture feels brand new and mattress is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast that is part of the package is very good. The buffet spread is very appealing. We stayed for 3 days and everyday the buffet menu provides something new. There are lots of green vegetables. The fried black pepper beef is fantastic. The hotel is not far off the kuta beach. It took us just 20 minutes walk to the beach and along the way, there are lots of shopping and food where you can enjoy. It was lovely and enjoyable walk. The hotel staffs were very professional and they all speaks good English and always smiling. One point to highlight is that they forgot the wake up call that we requested. Nevertheless, we are very happy with the service of the hotel and would not hesitate to stay at the same hotel again when we do return for our next visit. ホテルと部屋自体はとても綺麗で満足していますが、部屋の壁が薄いようで、隣の部屋の会話が筒抜けです。　又、エレベーターホールに近い部屋はエレベータが止まる度に鳴るチャイムまで頻繁に聞こえるので、静かな環境を希望する場合には、あまり向かないかもしれません。　又、初回泊まったときは、部屋までの案内が無く、栓抜きを探すのに苦労しましたが(無料であるミネラルウォーターを開けるため)、2回目はちゃんとスタッフが部屋まで案内し、部屋の仕様についても説明してくれました。　ルームサービスの料理は美味しかったですし、スパを利用したのですが、自室でマッサージなどを行ってくれるので、出歩く必要がなく、良かったです。

I requested airport pick-up service for 1:20 AM arrival, well-uniformed kind staff came to the airport with the clean car, I felt very safe in this very loud and un-tidy airport at middle of the night. 朝の朝食は種類もあり満足しています。残念なのが部屋が全室プール面で眺めは良いのですが、夜中までプールで泳いで騒いでいる人たちがいるので寝れません。窓が防音サッシじゃなく残念です。スタッフに言っても中々騒ぎは収まらず、やっと２時位になって静かになりました。５日間宿泊して２日間そうでした。

スタッフの対応が温かく、良い休日を過ごせました。 例えば朝食の時には必ず声をかけてくれます。 日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんが、ゆっくり丁寧な英語で話してくれて 「今日はどうされるんですか？」「タクシーを呼びましょうか？」など 気配りは十分でした。 もっとも印象に残ったのは、 帰りの飛行機（午前６時のフライト）の話をした時に、 「モーニングコールは？」「タクシーは何時に？」など、英語があまり話せない自分に対して手振り素振りで対応してくれました。 もしバリ島で低価格で宿泊したいのならおすすめしたいホテルです。 ただ、所謂「バリの高級ホテル」に泊まりたい人にはオススメできません。 ビジネスマンや一人旅にはうってつけのホテルです。

ホテルは繁華街からは遠く、歩いて行くには大変だが、観光をメインで考えているなら、問題ない。 ホテルの前にはスーパー、近くには両替所もあり、不便ではない。 ホテルの部屋はきれい。 ちょっと窓が壊れているのか、閉めていても、カーテンがカタカタ風で揺れていたのが残念。 ホテルの朝食は毎朝違う上においしい。 バイキング形式。 ホテルのスタッフは日本語が話せない。 私たちも英語があまり話せないのだが、つたない英語でもがんばって理解してくれようとしてくれて、すごい嬉しかった。 つたない日本語で話しかけてくれるスタッフがいたり、笑顔が絶えず、とても居心地がよかった。 高級ホテルではないかもしれないが、アットホームで私たちにはとても合っていた。

ich war sehr zufrieden. das personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. besonders die rezeption ist hervorzuheben: immer bereit, in jeder nur so kleinen sache zu helfen. Während meines 10 tägigen aufenthalts gibt es meinerseits keine Beschwerden. Die Entfernung des Hotels zum Strand ist aber ein manko.
