"Not the best"
They didn't have a record of our booking but as we'd booked through here they upgraded us to a captains room for free. Room was big with cable tv, air con & wifi. The resort it's self is a bit run down, no beach & sea not suitable for swimming. Pool was ok but full of kids constantly. The restaurant was ok but not enough local food food offered & little […] choice outside the resort. The resort is in the middle of nowhere so we enquired about day trips & they didn't offer any or even give us any suggestions so even though we'd booked & paid for 4 nights we checked out after 2. "stay at ocean bay"
the supposed spa at the swimming area was bereft of hot water and the water therein was so cold; the beach not fit for swimming by our children. likewise, food was so expensive. i regretted having booked here instead of sumilon in oslob, also in cebu. the children could have enjoyed our vacation had we booked at oslob bec. there the beach was nice and […] we could have watched the butandings. "PHILIPPINE HOTEL"
IT IS A PHILIPPINE HOTEL NOT UP TO WESTERN STANDART. TO ME IT WAS OK , BECAUSE IT IS NOT EXSPENSIVE AND CLOSE TO MY FAMILY HOME !! I will be back to this hotel, but you must be use to Philippine way to live to stay here. It is beder hotels, but as i say it is economic place o stay !!
"Gad vide om der nogensinde er højsæson?"
Hotellet ligger i midten af ingenting og har garanteret ikke været et resort siden det blev bygget. Ingen af de ting der er lovet kan findes på hotellet, her taler jeg om dykkershop, spa, eller arrangerede ture rundt i området. Vi var meget skuffede. Servicen på hotellet var heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for, værelserne blev ikke gjort rene, sengetøjet […] var gammelt og nusset, og ikke helt rent. De håndklæder man fik udleveret, lugtede og var meget slidte. Der er har nok været tre medarbejdere på hele hotellet og det tog enormt lang tid at få serveret mad og drikke, og det var absolut ikke service med smil, nærmere en sur mine. "2 Tage Aufenthalt"
Leider kam die Dame am Empfang nicht sehr freundlich rüber. Auch bei der Abreise nicht. Gesamteindruck war auch bei 3 Sternniveaux darunter (gefühlt) Tischplatten wurden auch bei Anwesenheit der Gäste nicht gereinigt. Tischgestelle zum grossen Teil verrostet. Gesamtbild nicht stimmig. Zum Teil liebevoll gepflegte Bäume und daneben ungepflegte und vernachlässigte […] Flächen. Tendenziell würde ich meinen, dass das Resort eine Komplettsanierung bedarf. Da habe ich im 3 Sternbereich auf den Phills auch schon ansprechenderes erlebt. ich weiss, dass ich kein positives Feedback abgeben konnte. Vielleicht wäre mein Urteil ein Anderes gewesen, wenn ich zum gleichen Zeitpunkt mit einer anderen Erwartungshaltung oder eine anderen Art der Bedürfnisbefriedigung vorherrschend gewesen wäre. Mir war aber bewusst, was mich erwartet. Dass meine Erwartung aber so übertroffen wurde, hätte ich nicht erwartet. Read more
