Ocean Bay Beach Resort - Dalaguete

This resort should be taken off the expedia list. Th hotel was filthy. Black mold growing in the shower, bathrrom and kitchen. There was no services. The room was only partialally cleaned on day of 7. We had to go get toilet papar each day. We had to go ask for towels. The organge towels we antitially got were stained and dirty. There was not sink to […] shave from. The water would stop running for periods. The electric would shut off for hours. Services that were offered on the internet were not as promised. The dive boat had been broken for sometime. There was no snorkling. There was no parasailing. Wi Fi would be down hour most of the day and night. Menu itemsd were not on hand. There were roaches and ants in all three of the rooms we occupied over the sevan day period. Because everyone wears what ever they like that day, you do know who is staff and who is not. The linen was greyish in color and smelled of mold. This hotel is a law suit waiting to happen. People are careless. Barbaque fires buring where ever they please. Spiders, misquitos and other insects in the room with you. At high tide the beach might be 15 feet by 200 feet. Walk ways with a 6 foot drop and no hand rails. I will contested the payment to expedia. Had I been able to get out of there quicker I would have. This hotel should not be rated as a three star. It should be taken off the market. Read more

booked it to get close to oslob, but there are plenty of other places on the way there or in oslob itself. the place was under renovation, and it located on the shore, but shallow, not so attractive water. room was basic, noisy aircon. restaurant closed earlier than stated so i had to walk 15 minutes or so to town to get food.

They didn't have a record of our booking but as we'd booked through here they upgraded us to a captains room for free. Room was big with cable tv, air con & wifi. The resort it's self is a bit run down, no beach & sea not suitable for swimming. Pool was ok but full of kids constantly. The restaurant was ok but not enough local food food offered & little […] choice outside the resort. The facility is run down and unsure of who they want to serve. They have a central picnic and outside cooking area in front of the standard B rooms and next to the pool - people using this day facility dominate, are noisy and very messy i.e. the place was over-run by people and flies! The overall standard would be equivalent to a 'backpacker' in some […] regions rather than a hotel. We had to ask for clean linen and a room clean mid way through our weeks stay. During the week the place was fairly quiet and the house reef is pretty good - people need to know to bring their own shoes to walk out over exposed reef, flippers, masks, snorkels etc. to enjoy it.There is no direct swimming off the small beach. The nearby village has a market but trustworthy eateries are in short supply - the food at the hotel restaurent was OK but nothing special. For locals here in the Philippines it is a good value weekend break kind of place. It may not be to the standard that europeans are used to. I liked it and will go back there again, the staff were all pleasant friendly and efficient.

Hotellet ligger i midten af ingenting og har garanteret ikke været et resort siden det blev bygget. Ingen af de ting der er lovet kan findes på hotellet, her taler jeg om dykkershop, spa, eller arrangerede ture rundt i området. Vi var meget skuffede. Servicen på hotellet var heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for, værelserne blev ikke gjort rene, sengetøjet […] var gammelt og nusset, og ikke helt rent. De håndklæder man fik udleveret, lugtede og var meget slidte. Der er har nok været tre medarbejdere på hele hotellet og det tog enormt lang tid at få serveret mad og drikke, og det var absolut ikke service med smil, nærmere en sur mine. Maden var okay, men ikke der helt store oplevelse, de blev ved med at løbe tør for et eller andet. Generelt var det en kedelig oplevelse. Read more

最初に予約した部屋は便座が壊れていたし、部屋にハエが多かったので、デラックスルームに替えてもらった。部屋の広さは良かったが、浴槽のお湯が出ず、シャワーの排水も悪かった。

Leider kam die Dame am Empfang nicht sehr freundlich rüber. Auch bei der Abreise nicht. Gesamteindruck war auch bei 3 Sternniveaux darunter (gefühlt) Tischplatten wurden auch bei Anwesenheit der Gäste nicht gereinigt. Tischgestelle zum grossen Teil verrostet. Gesamtbild nicht stimmig. Zum Teil liebevoll gepflegte Bäume und daneben ungepflegte und vernachlässigte […] Flächen. Tendenziell würde ich meinen, dass das Resort eine Komplettsanierung bedarf. Da habe ich im 3 Sternbereich auf den Phills auch schon ansprechenderes erlebt. ich weiss, dass ich kein positives Feedback abgeben konnte. Vielleicht wäre mein Urteil ein Anderes gewesen, wenn ich zum gleichen Zeitpunkt mit einer anderen Erwartungshaltung oder eine anderen Art der Bedürfnisbefriedigung vorherrschend gewesen wäre. Mir war aber bewusst, was mich erwartet. Dass meine Erwartung aber so übertroffen wurde, hätte ich nicht erwartet. Read more
