The manager on duty was marvelous. Mr. Patel. We had trouble starting our truck one morning and he helped us find the telephone number of the local Chevrolet dealership and lent me an iphone cord to recharge my telephone when the battery died. Very courteous and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Courteous friendly staff. Breakfast looked good although we opted for breakfast at the various Kolache spots each morning as part of the area attractions.

I'm not sure how old the hotel is, but it still seems quite pristine. The entire place was very nice and very clean and I would definitely stay there again, especially considering its proximity to town and to Highway 71. My only complaint is that our room was next to a rather rowdy group of teenagers, and with as few guests as the hotel had, it might […] have made sense to space out the guests a bit more. It is so nice to know that a branded hotel with standards is available now in La Grange. This location is very convenient and the facility is first class. The price will be a little bit more than non-branded hotel/motel but it is well worth the $30 more. Enjoy.

I really lliked the Hampton Inn. My only complaint, and it seems a small one, was that the hot tub was over-chlorinated and made my eyes burn. This is why I gave the "condition" item a 4 versus a 5. The hotel was quiet, clean and the breakfast was very good.

I travel weekly and stay in many hotels and Hamptons are usually very comfortable and nice hotels! This hotel was comfortable and nice but the staff was terrible! The doors on the rooms have springs on them that cause them to shut and my 6 year old got slammed in the door more than once! these springs are to powerful! We then get a call from the front […] desk that they had complaints about our door slamming and there was no other option with the spring! I will not stay at this hotel again. At first look the room looked clean but when I pulled back the covers to lay down there were tiny roaches I the sheets. Needless to say, I didn't sleep that night. Very dissatisfied.

This hotel was very clean and nicely maintained. We enjoyed the free breakfast and they even have "to go" breakfast bags that contained a danish, muffin, fruit and yogurt. The room seemed small but the distribution is perfect. I loved the fact the vanity is outside the shower area, allowing one person to be in the shower an another getting ready. The linnens were great, comfortable and cozy.

The room was an adequate size, and the a/c managed to cool down the room quickly - it was the typical 98 degrees outside. A very new building so no obvious maintenance problems. The shower had plenty of hot water at a good pressure. The beds were very comfortable and the room were very quiet. I was brought to the Hampton Inn in La Grange by business. I travel to many different manufacturing shops, I frequently use Hotels.com to book my rooms last minute. Hampton Inn apparently has a policy of not printing you a reciept of your stay with them if you have paid through Hotels.com. I needed something with the Hampton Inn logo on it to submitt […] with my expense report for the week. They absolutely refused and were even rude. Also I had a hard time finding something to eat on the breakfast bar that wasn't filled with cheese or grease and the cereals were all children varieties. I will use Hotels.com in the future just not the Hampton Inn. Read more

We stayed in a room with a queen bed. The hotel is new so everything looked new. Room was a little small but other then that it was excellent. Breakfast was good with a great selection. Easy locale off 71 with restaurants, a walmart, and store close by.

This hotel is brand new, clean, and in great condition. Nice decor, helpful front desk staff BUT even though my reservation was prepaid through hotels.com, they charged my credit card for the stay and I have now had to make FOUR calls to get them to reverse it. I do think this is just a function of inexperienced staff trying to work with the reservation […] system, but even the general manager was a little fuzzy on how to handle the problem.
