The hotel is very nice and clean. They offer pretty large selection of buffet breakfast - arrive definitely at least 20-30mins before 10am, otherwise you might end up without coffee and juice as they me be out and will not be refilled. The maintenance of showers and public bath rooms could have been bit better. The rooms have a nice view of the main train station, but the noise from the street might be bothering some people, so if you prefer quite ask for the rooms on the other side of the hotel. Perfect location for those traveling by train.

I stayed five nights and found it very relaxing. Wifi was excellent and the room quite comfortable. Breakfast was ample, but I would have liked a good granola and some oatmeal. The hotel does require a five block (8 minute) walk up hill to the center of town. Good aerobics but I did find myself thinking twice about going back midday for a rest. Great price.

Had a fabulous 5 night stay at this hotel. The staff on reception went out of their way to help us locate and sort out our baggage problems with the... airport. They were extremely helpful, polite, and well humoured and this made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and gave a mix of western and Eastern European tastes. If you have special dietary requirements then email ahead and they will do all they can to accomodate you - they were brilliant with me as I have to have a gluten free diet. Hotel is in walking distance (very close) to Skardalska and also the main square and shopping street. Would recommend and definitely stay again. by a Hotels.com guest on 08/29/12

We stayed here because of the good things mentioned in other reviews—*very* spacious, clean, new furniture, good location. And those are accurate. Underground parking is nice. But there are several things to bear in mind, ESPECIALLY if you are a traveler accustomed to hotels in Western Europe or North America: —Our bathroom smelled like rancid sewage […] from the moment we got to the hotel. It was intolerable. —You must turn on a hot water heater before showering, and then you will only have about 8 minutes' worth. —No lotion, no hair conditioner. —The entire hotel smelled of ammonia and other cleaning agents. Gross. —Feels more like an apartment than a hotel. (Except that the "kitchen" in our suite had no microwave or toaster.) No carpeting in the hallways or rooms. —King bed was really two singless, but the platform for each prevents them from fully pushing together. There was a 5cm gap between the two mattresses. Bed comforters also single-sized. —Front desk staff nice and willing, but less-than perfect English. This is not a full-service operation with a concierge. —Heating and A/C impossible to operate via remote control. No alternative. Stay here if you are traveling with a large group of people and/or want ample space. If you are looking for the level of amenities, furnishings, service you might expect from a four-star hotel, stay elsewhere. Read more

We can really recomend it and it is very affordable for us that are used to Swedish standards and prizes.
