Nice place, clean, staff are great. The location of the place is not ideal, it's hard to find. The hotel is located along with the residential neighborhood. It takes 45 minutes by taxi to the airport. Taxi ride is about 250 pesos to the airport. Breakast menu is so simple. The nearest eatery or restaurant is about 15 minutes walk. Don't ask let them do a laundry for you, they will lost your item.

This is a great hotel to stay at when in the Cebu. Strongly recommend that you book the superior rooms if you stay more than a night, the price difference is minimal and you get more space and a refrigerator. The staff is wonderful. The neighborhood isn't the best but I found that most hotels have the same environment, but the hotel is a very short distance drive to most places (including the mall)

Conveniently near the airport, The Bellavista Hotel is in Lapu Lapu (Mactan Island), close to Marcelo Fernan Bridge, Mactan Marina Mall, and Cebu Yacht Club. Also nearby are Gaisano Grand Mall Mactan and The Jungle Cultural Entertainment Center.

I recently stayed at the Bella Vista Hotel from March 26th to April 6th, 2012. The van from the hotel picked me up at the airport after a very short wait. From the moment I got there, the staff of the hotel was very helpful in every way. The staff was friendly, greeting us every morning when we went down for breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was […] very good every day, and I was especially happy that on Fridays they served fish for breakfast as i stayed there during lent. We went swimming on the roof, and the pool and the area surrounding the pool was very clean. We had some clothes that needed to be washed, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with the time they needed and prompt delivery to our room exactly when they said it would be done. If i had any complaint, it would be that some of the towels and sheets and some dark stains on them. This didn't bother me, but it might bother some other people. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people, and when I return to Cebu at the end of the year, I will stay there again!! Read more
Breakfast included is very good, includes hot dishes. Not just a continental spread. Pool area is nice. It's set up on the higher floors so there's a view of the water between Cebu and Mactan.
"Second time at hotel."
I really enjoy this hotel, and it is a nice hotel for the price. The hotel always appears clean, however it is becoming dated in some of the rooms. This was my second time staying in this hotel, and this time faucets in the bathroom were corroded, and occasional bugs in the room. I stayed in this hotel with my new fiancee. The hotel was very nice, and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, and would likely stay here again. The only problem I was with the service at the hotel's restaurant. On two occasions we had invited my fiancee's family to meet us for dinner at the restaurant, and the service was terrible. […] The wait for the meals was extremely long, and on both occasions the meals were brought out separately so by the time all the meals were served, half of the meals had already gone cold. Have stayed twice at the hotel. This time I had a room with a window but it was all blocked off. Room was in permanent darkness if lights were not turned on. Not happy with that at all. First stay the room had a proper window that you could look out. Check in staff a bit clueless so check in took some time - longer than it should have. Promised Collection […] at the airport they are never there. Had to go to a airport restaurant they own ( in arrivals area) and arrange a pickup. Room tidy but they are a bit old. Hot water not always in supply. Breakfast adequate variety - nothing exceptional. Doorman and attendant outside hotel very good. WIFI only in lobby which is a nuisance but it was free. Yes I would go there again but will be looking elsewhere due to the room with no natural light. Read more
overall it's a nice hotel, except when i use the shower. the water from the shower drift outside the tub, and i almost had a slide from the wet floor. it's scary. i hope the management will fix it before a big accident when happen.

"편안한 휴식이 가능한 호텔"
4인 가족이 4박5일 여행을 다녀왔습니다. 한밤중에 도착하는 비행일정이 힘들었고 작은 공항앞 도로는 난장판이었는데, 시간맞춰 pick up 버스를 보내주어서 너무나 편리했음. 객실 상태도 양호한 편이고 아침 식사도 먹을만 했고, 직원들도 친절한 편. 호텔에서 잡아주는 택시는 바가지 요금을 씌우지 않아서 안심이었음. 단 리조트들이 있는 해안과는 거리가 있고 마침 도로 공사를 하고 있어서 왕래에 불편한 점이 있었지만, 어디나 있을 수 있는 일이기에...

Cebu pacific air arrival time is very late. This hotel gives you very good pick-up service and the location is very near.
