The Hotel Charming is our favorite of the six hotels we stayed in during out three week visit to Argentina. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the owner, who was on hand every day, takes a personal interest in the welfare and satisfaction of his guests. The breakfasts and dinners in the dining room were terrific. The hotel is perched on a […] steep embankment overlooking lake Nahuel Huapi. Our room had a commanding view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on our deck, reading or watching the sunset, after burning a lot of energy hiking or horseback riding during the day. Charming Hotel is outside the town, so activities require transportation (we used a familiar remise) to go out to dinner or shop. This place is beyond luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wished we could stay longer. It is not very close to the airport, or to the main center of town in Bariloche, but it is right on the lake. The views from our room alone were enough to make us happy. But our room also included our very own private spa. Yes, a SPA - robes, bedroom slippers, […] dry sauna, wet sauna, 2 person jacuzzi, bath salts, aromatherapy and any other indulgence you can think of. Because it is private, we did the circuit multiple times - as many as we wanted! The rooms were built on volcanic rock, so the spa also had exposed rock. A great time to relax and unwind. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the personal bathroom facilities - spa tub, sauna, vichy shower , all for our own enjoyment. Great view overlooking the beach. Aún hay "espacio" para mejorar y una crítica objetiva les brindará la oportunidad para hacerlo, ya que sin duda les interesa. Todo lo que ofrecen es de buena calidad, pero está un poco "medido". Por ej. el jabón de tocador era de L'occitane, pero había solo 1 para 2 piletas, y a las 00.30hs nos quedamos sin agua caliente, y aunque amablemente "reiniciaron la caldera" (2 veces) por una supuesta falla era claro que la habían apagado (los detalles no vienen al caso). Das Hotel liegt am Playa Bonita und ist eine Oase für Komfort und Erholung. Ficamos quatro noite no Charming (Eu e minha namorada). Estávamos ansiosos para conhecer o hotel e realmente nos surpreendemos com tudo! Já ficamos em excelentes hotéis mas o Charming é sem dúvidas o melhor! O quarto é um verdadeiro SPA privativo como eles descrevem! A vista para o lago e as montanhas do quarto e de todo o hotel é maravilhosa. A jacuzzi, […] a sauna e a ducha são relaxantes! Cama confortável e quarto sempre bem aquecido para o friozinho de Bariloche. A equipe do hotel é sensacional. Desde o Pocho (cachorrinho do Sr. Alberto) ao Ivan todos do staff trataram nos tão bem que nos sentimos em casa sempre. "O olho do dono engorda o negócio!". O proprietário Sr. Alberto sempre presente e atencioso! Ivan e Jerônimo e o restante do pessoal que esqueci o nome também estavam sempre a disposição quando precisamos. A cozinha do hotel é excelente! Café da manhã com muita qualidade, assim como as outras opções da cozinha. Estávamos em Puerto Varas e fizemos o Cruce Andino. Com a maratona de passeios que fizemos nada melhor que o Charming para relaxar. Recomendamos sem dúvidas para descansar, para namorar, para família. Emfim, apenas recomendamos! Algumas dicas: Tem um supermercado bacana à 1 km do Hotel. Tem duas cervejarias famosas também à 2 ou 3 km do hotel. O táxi para o Cerro Catedral custa em média 70 pesos do hotel. Para o Centro Cívico custa entre 30 a 40 pesos e para o Aeroporto custa uns 150 pesos.O hotel não é afastado mas também não da pra sair caminhando ao redor, com exceção ao supermercado e a praia do lago que fica logo abaixo do hotel!
