Our room was on the 7th Floor (8th in America) and facing the street. The street is fairly noisy. (As is the bar on the first floor!) We asked for a king-sized bed but got two doubles. Fortunately the room was clean, even though the shower head was slightly damaged and sprayed funny. The doorman was fantastic--he saw us walking on the street away from the hotel and stopped just to make sure he was OK. However, the man at the desk in the afternoon was sketchy: he quoted me one price until it became apparent that I was going to use a credit card, and then the price suddenly dropped. He also failed to inform the morning staff that we had extended our stay and in the afternoon he sent another couple to our room after they had checked in. Finally, he had the gall to ask for a tip. Breakfast was fairly expensive for as little as the offered--merely a continental breakfast. It was easy to get around from the hotel though, so the location was nice.

The Art Palace is a great gem of a hotel, finely decorated and with the most comfortable beds I've ever found in Morocco! This is a funky hotel with a theme for each room. We stayed one night in the Plato suite with our three children. There were two bathrooms, only one shower and no tub. The living area was small, but had a fold-out couch and love seat where we put the kids to sleep. The bedroom was also small, but the bed was big and comfortable. No view from the windows […] of anything. There was a private, covered, and enclosed patio with some wicker/cushion chairs and nice plants. A mini-bar and mini-fridge, as well as an electric fireplace were also included. The swimming pool is more like a huge hot-tub in a room that felt like a sauna. Breakfast was good. Around the corner from a pizzeria/glaceria and a "Tex-Mex" place. The hotel itself is not easy to find. The entrance is down a tiny street that was similar to an alleyway. It is behind another hotel you can see plainly from the main road called the Barcelone. They valet parked our car at no extra charge. The staff were nice, and we had good service while we were there. The Art Palace and Spa is one of Casa's best hotels, and I would suggest that any negative reviews about it should be ignored as I can't imagine what more a reasonable person could expect of a hotel – even a five star hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca be it for business or leisure. Not everyone at the hotel speaks English […] but there are certain management staffs that do and they are always ready to help. Due to where I was flying from I arrived early in the morning and without any hesitation the management arranged an early check in for me. The suites are exceptionally well designed and decorated. They will truly add a luxurious atmosphere to your stay in Casablanca. The fact that we had two separate bathrooms in our suite, one with a bath/shower and the other on its own, was very convenient. Not to mention that there were also two flat screen TVs in the bedroom and the other in the lounge. The breakfast was also very nice, and although I have read certain reviews which have suggested more variety to be added to it I can only say that for the size and capacity of the hotel it was just appropriate. All in all my wife and I were very pleased with our choice and we would highly recommend the hotel for anyone wishing to visit Casablanca. And should there be anything that this hotel can improve on is to add English to its restaurant menus and Spa brochures. Read more

The general idea of the hotel is interesting. Rooms with personality, different and well decorated. This is the good part. The bad part is related with the restaurant downstairs when absolutelly every nght tneyhad horrible very laud music late after midnight. Also every might, 3 nights consecutivelly was impossible to eat there as was rented by strange […] people for party. As a total idea, don,t go there, bad service and strage neighberhood. Très bonne impression. Cela change de l'hôtel classique où on devient un numéro. Petit et agréable. La suite que j'ai eu était très sympa avec beaucoup d'espace. On se sent dans un petit appartement avec un vrai salon et une vraie chambre séparée par une porte. Un petit bar dans le séjour et une cheminée électrique mais qui donne l'impression d'être […] chez soi. Les décorations sont très sympa mais qui nécessitent une meilleure maintenance (moquette, etc). とってもきれいなホテルでした。サービスもとても良かったし、ジュニアスイートだったのですが、とっても素敵でした。朝食は朝６時にお願いしたのですがお部屋まで持ってきてくれてとってもおいしかったし、ボリューム満点ででした。到着が夜１１時くらいになったので立地についてはあまりよくわからないのですが、車で行くのにちょっとわかりづらいところにありました。でも次もカサブランカの滞在にはこのホテルと予約すると思います。とってもお勧めのホテルです。

Große und edel ausgestattete Suite. Leider kein Außenpool. Die Nutzung des Spa kostet extra. Das Restaurant ist mir zu dunkel gehalten und eher ein Nachtclub. Der Service war sehr freundlich aber teilweise nicht sehr aufmerksam.

Excellent hotel, probablement un des meilleurs de Casablanca. Suite Jules Cesar vraiment incroyable. Un seul bemo : le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur (convenable toutefois). Mention spéciale pour la piscine et son eau a plus de 35°

Le stanze sono tutte molto colorate e decorate in modo molto carico, ma senza scader nel cattivo gusto. Per il resto l'hotel è ottimo , il Personale è gentilissimo e tutti i servizi di qualità - anche se non abbiamo potuto provare la spa. Ci hanno anche trovato una bravissima guida che parlava italiano per il nostro breve soggiorno.
