This hotel lives up to its expectations. It's clean and quiet in a very convenient locale. Complimentary in-room Internet service and morning breakfast in the lobby area are much appreciated as a business traveler. Room is small, but not unlike hotels in other major cities, and the room is cleaned and refreshed daily. Excellent overall value and would stay there again.

The hotel is very convenient for Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea but had to take a bus to the airport, which is about an hour drive and cost $24 per person. It was across the street from the Disney Train which gave us access to the subway for getting around in Tokyo.

The Shibuya Creston exceeded my expectations. For a very reasonable rate in Tokyo, I did not expect much. But, I found the location to be nice (close to Shibuya, but in a "quieter" area that still has some nightlife and restaurants) and the rooms to be decently sized and clean. I will stay there next time I'm in Tokyo.

Great place for the hussle and bustle of Shibuya, without the noise and crowds. Set a little off the main shopping area, very good for bars dinning and shopping. Big park behind NHK building good for jogging and easy walk to Omotosando and Harajuku. All rail links about 10 minutes stroll. Staff helpful.

Great hotel for those wanting to be close (5 min walk) from the bright lights of central Shibuya. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the train station (approx 15mins to walk with luggage) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As with all accommodation in Japan it was small, but very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly […] and helpful, and most have great English. The pillows were a little strange - really hard on one side and not very great on the other, and the decor was a little dated - but apart from that it was good.
