Free shuttle to the hotel from airport. Nice exercise room and pool. Room was very comfortable, staff friendly, and hotel was well-maintained and clean. Shuttle provided by hotel to points of interest and cruiseport. Definite return stay next time catching a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

This is a woonderful place to stay. The employees were all nice and concerned that our stay was comforable. The only thing that kept this place from getting all 5's was there were dead bugs in the pool.
Location.
Situated in Fort Lauderdale, Holiday Isle Yacht Club is close to Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and Galleria. Also nearby are The Gallery at Beach Place and International Swimming Hall of Fame.
Hotel Features.
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. Guest parking is complimentary.
Guestrooms.
The 29 air-conditioned guestrooms at Holiday Isle Yacht Club include safes and coffee/tea makers. Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is provided. Televisions are equipped with cable channels.
All units have kitchens with stovetops, full-sized refrigerators/freezers, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Housekeeping is offered three days a week.

The bathroom had a drain in one corner with ashower curtain around it. The shower head was a removeable one attached to a bracket on the wall. Impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. Rooms were very plain without many ammenities. Primarily used by "snow birds" so it was very quiet and did have a nice pool and deck overlooking […] the intracoastal. It is actually a 50's or 60's apartment complex. Came home one day at lunch and the maid had left a key in my door but had just gone off to do something and left the door open. Office hours are 9:00 to 2:00 but check in is not until 2:00. They leave a sign on the office door telling you which apt. you are in and leave a key on the table. Don't expect help if you have a problem after 2:00. Not real convenient to stores or restaurants.
