Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

Location.
Situated in the heart of Toronto, The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, a family-friendly hotel, is within walking distance of Roy Thomson Hall, Princess of Wales Theatre, and Royal Alexandra Theatre. Also nearby are HTO Park and Grange Park.

"Excelent, Best hotel in Toronto!"
We have tried a few hotels in Toronto this is by far the best 4 stars we have stayed at!!! Worst hotel in Toronto would be Hazelton, totally to avoid...
