The location of the hotel is not only fantastic, but accesible on foot to everything you need! The hotel was comfortable, friendly, and offered a lovely buffet breakfast in the morning. Cadaqués in a gem and the Hotel Playa Sol offers a great view...splurge on a balcony if it is available!

Very helpful front desk. Was surprised to find quality spinning bikes in their fitness room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Tarongeta was a very nice hotel. We did not expect such quality for a 2 star hotel. The rooms were a nice size, there was an elevator, the location was perfect (close to sights, restaurants, shopping), and the service was excellent. We stayed only 1 night on our way to France but were very pleased with the hotel. We have stayed in mostly 3 star hotels some of which were not as nice as the Tarongeta. The breakfast was a good value for the money. offering juice, fruit, and local breakfast breads as well as cereal. A very good choice for any type of traveler. We didn't understand why this hotel was rated only 2 stars. We travel to Europe 4 times a year and this hotel far exceeded our expectations!!

"Wonderful stay"
We just spent two wonderful days and nights at Can Miquel in L'Escala. The hotel is simple and clean and is located right next to the shore. It has a very nice pool if you get tired of the beach. There is also an excellent restaurant. I highly recommend staying there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

genial el sitio, es un hotel que parece gestionado por familiares y es muy acogedor. Fuimos mi mujer y yo, al comentar que ella era celiaca al dia siguiente en el desayuno nos tenían preparadas tostadas, muffin y cookies SIN GLUTEN!! detallazo. "Todo perfecto"
Ha sido todo perfecto, la situacion de hotel, el hotel en si, reformado con gusto, sencillo per muy acojedor, la piscina, y esta literalmente frente a la cala montgó. El restaurante y el desayuno en frente de la playa no tiene precio. Seguro que volveremosGenuine Hotels.com guest review
