The Convent Hotel is located on one of the main streets in Amsterdam and within easy walking distance to the Centraal Train station and Dam Square-so public transportation is a snap. The hotel is well kept and the staff is very friently. The one complaint about the staff is that they do not seem very knowledgeable about typical tourist activities in Amsterdam and we didn't find a concierge staff member to help with some of our questions. Our booking through hotels.com did not include the breakfast, which looked wonderful and was expensive, so we found a lovely little care within a block or two from the hotel for our breakfasts. Lots of tours seem to use the hotel, so the staff is very comfortable speaking in English with everyone.The entrance to the hotel faces the very busy street, but the rooms are all in the back of the hotel and are very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. I would suggest trying to get the breakfast included in the hotel price.

The hotel was clean, nice, the staff friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge. The location was great, within walking distance of many restaurants, and things to see in Amsterdam.

excellent location to the airport, service was excellent. Great to have a real "walk in" shower!
Location.
Situated in Amsterdam, Nemo Apartments-Waterloo is on the waterfront and close to Dutch Resistance Museum, National Maritime Museum, and Artis. Also nearby are Skinny Bridge and The Old Church.

In addition to multilingual staff and tour/ticket assistance, Nemo Apartments-Waterloo features laundry facilities. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. For a surcharge, guests have access to a shuttle from the hotel to the airport (available on request).

"удобно расположен, все близко, тихое место"
Нам понравилось. Доброжелательная администрация. Есть мини бар с напитками, без платно. Выдали карту города, показали на ней расположение достопримечательностей, магазинов и ресторанов. Помогли заказать такси в аэропорт. Общее впечатление очень хорошее. Город понравился. Спасибо.

Perfekt beläget hotell med promenadavstånd till det mesta man vill se i Amsterdam. "Hotell"-ägaren var dessutom en riktigt trevlig kvinna som gör allt för att hjälpa till både före, under och efter vistelsen med tips om hur mycket en taxi shuttle från flygplatsen får kosta, vilka taxis som är ok att åka med inne i staden, även tips om ställen som bör […] ses utritade på en karta man kunde använda sig av under vistelsen.
