It was such a wonderful hotel to stay. The hotel location was not walking distance from the city center, but if you have a car, which we did, then it takes only 5 minutes away from the center. Hotel is super clean and offer coffee and tea together with cookies all day long at the reception area. Breakfast was awesome as well. You can get everything you wish to get for breakfast including champagne.

I loved the hotel! Rooms very spacious, Spa is excellent! Food mouthwatering! As well as a beautiful beach and stores and places to walk or ride a bike and take in the sights! Definitely worthwhile, a plus for me was the mutilingual staff! My German is not that good. :-). The only issue I had was something I had no control over, the weather. It rained and was cool, but the spa will keep you occupied.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist nicht einfach via Navigationssystem zu finden, da es alles gesperrte Strassen sind, die aber in den Navis so nicht vermerkt sind. Als wir dann im Hotel angerufen haben um uns nach dem Weg zu erkundigen wurde uns nur gesagt, das ist unsere Adresse und auf unsere Nachfrage wo wir denn durchfahren müssten, wurden wir eher angeschnauzt […] als dass uns weiter geholfen wurde. Wir haben uns dann bei einem anderen Hotel erkundigt, sonst hätten wir das Hotel NIE! gefunden. Der Rezeptionist der anwesend war, war hingegen sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat KEINE!!! Parkplätze, steht auf der Beschreibung falsch. Wenn man nicht gerade am Sonntag dort ist, muss man in einem öffentlichen Parking parkieren. Das Hotelzimmer ist für den Preis okay, nicht sehr gross, aber sauber, was für uns immer das wichtigste ist. Bei der Abreise waren dann zwei Damen am Empfang und die waren dann wieder weniger freundlich. Von der Lage her ist das Hotel gut, da man sehr schnell in der Altstadt ist. Read more

Godt, lille hotel med kringlede gange men gode værelser og konfortable senge. Hotellet er meget centralt beliggende og derfor meget kort afstand til gågadeområdet og kanalsiden med restauranter og butikker. Kan godt anbefales.

Vi stannade tre nätter, Rummet var frächt och bra. Men sängen var stenhård. Personalen var extremt tråkig och inte alls serviceminded. Flera pratade inte engelska. Vi hade tur när vi checkade ut att vi kunde prata med personalen. Internet som skulle finnas gratis och trådlöst fungerade inte, inte heller efter påpekande till personalen ett flertal gånger. […] De visade inget intresse till att få det att fungera. Vi var utan hela tiden vi bodde där. Frukosten var väldigt enkel. Tre sorters bröd med ett fåtal pålägg, samt ljummen yoghurt med ett par olika flingor till. Mjölk, tråkig utblandad juicekoncentrat och kaffe att dricka. Sängen hemma kändes som himmelriket när vi kom hem och tyvärr kan vi inte rekommendera någon att bo där. Enda fördelen var läget. Read more

Hotellet ligger helt fint i centrum - man har alt indenfor gåafstand. Hotellet er fint og morgenmaden okey. Området er meget charmerende med små brostensgader og gamle huse, med skæve "tårne". Et weekend besøg værd.Man kan bare ikke parkere i gaden men skal hen i et p-hus.
