Great location
Great location close to sub way and 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. A lot of restaurant nearby. Room was spacious with small kitchenette.

Poor breakfast
The hotel rooms were old. The breakfast was poor, only one table with a few óptions to eat

All the comfort of an apt with view over Tokyo
It was a very comfortable stay. We got free upgrade upon arrival from studio to apartment. The view was unobstructed and looking at shinjuku skyline. Bedding is ok, wish they had heavier blankets. There was a walking closet with washer dryer (no laundry detergent) TV in living room and another TV in the bedroom. Bathroom was decently big. The whole room was very clean and modern. But wifi was slow (seems to be typical of Tokyo) Building has fitness center but no swimming pool. The breakfast could need more varieties. We stayed 2 nights and both breakfast were the same (raisin bun, plain bun, croissant, chocolate toast, white toast, breakfast sausage, ham, Swiss cheese, yogurt, corn flakes, jams, fruit syrup, Apple juice, orange juice and coffee from a cappuccino machine). However there is plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is 5min walk from closest train station or 15min from shinjuku station.

Great for the price
If you can stay here at round $100.00 a night then go for it. The staff are nice, rooms are clean and if you walk out there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Unlike many budget Japanese hotels they even have a gym!

5 star room quality and top notch service!
Service was excellent. 5 star room. I was allowed to upgrade to a very large room for a fraction of the cost. Giant living room and kitchen in one with large refrigerator, sink, stove etc. Bedroom as separate and had a king size bed, work station, and walk-in closet with washing machine and dryer. American sized bathroom. This hotel is now my first choice for Tokyo.
