"Best place to stay in Vegas"
I was simply amazed by the service, been too Vegas few times, but boy this hotel knows how to treat a guest, every employee from bathroom attendant to the manager was great. A+++++ customer serviceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
AmazingGenuine Hotels.com guest review
A lot of things wrong with room: burnt out lights, outlets broken, mysterious wet spot/stain in front of a mirror that never dried the 4 nights we were there (and was attempted to be dried but a vacuum).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hip new hotel"
The hotel is beautiful and modern and the service was outstanding. Our dirver said it is the hip place for 20-somethings which is certainly true. However, being older, I still found it fun and comfortable. The terraces are a big bonus.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent view of bellagio fountains"
5th visit to Vegas and this was my favorite hotel!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Stay at a Great Hotel"
Other than my luck in the casino this was a great trip. The hotel was perfect, PF Changs across the street (best Chinese Food in the States) and we saw O which was a great show next door.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
wonderful. everything was perfect.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Customer Service was amazing!"
All of the staff... bell hop, front desk, room service, restaurants, pool side... were amazing. Customer Service it my #1 concern and Cosmopolitan knocked it out of the park. The only issue was the Hertz people integrated in the hotel, but that is technically independent to the Cosmo. My wife and I had a blast and we will be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"not a bad stay overall"
pretty good, had a terrance suit, nice view, but the windows reallly needs to be cleaned.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Beautiful hotel and very clean. The 4th floor pool was a great time. I would definitely go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel is really nice. Only a couple downsides. Upon arrival at checkin time room wasn't ready and they tried to upsell to another room. Only had to wait one hour. All rooms have a terrace so we woke up one morning with someone's sock on our terrace railing. Also, later that morning about 10 AM, someone above puked over their railing leaving remnants […] on ours. Houskeeping was quick to react and were very apologetic. A full hazmat scrub down. It's Vegas I guess. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"If you are young you should stay here"
Very model hotel, good service, not big casino area which is good for young guys much other fun thing to do in vegas, party drink and meet other peoples, will stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I got a super great deal on a upgrade to a huge wrap-around suite....But the room could use a little work. I've stayed here many times before and the hotel is nice. The room needed new carpet and the room cleaning service could have done a better job with the details. It was clean but the couch cushions were crooked, chairs were not aligned like they […] could have been and there was garbage on the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is a great addition to the room though!! Great place. Fabulous restraunts. Swanky. Pool area got a little limited on seating at times. Great service. Clean. Will go back ASAP!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best of the best"
This hotel is simply the best place to stay in vegasGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Not just a luxury hotel - it's an experience. Great restaurants, very boutique-hip, buffet is AMAZING. We started our stay here and moved to another hotel later and could not have regretted it more. Stay here the entire time you're in Vegas or definitely end with it. Even if you don't stay here, visit the buffet "wicked spoon". Best $25 you'll ever […] spend on food. Property was great - clean, well-maintained, nice pools. Room was not completely clean when we arrived (hair in both shower drains, partially used shampoo), and while our room was actually a one bedroom condo (the project was originally going to be a hotel and condos, but the condo plan was scrapped with the real estate crash of 2008-2009), but had […] no plates, utensils or coffee maker (room service did bring up a pot, fry pan, plates, utensils, napkins and glasses, but no coffee makers are available. 59th floor view was amazing (Room 5901 - corner unit with wraparound terrace) - incredible views of the Strip, Bellagio fountain and airport (eat to see planes arrive and depart, especially for our little boy). Pools were very nice. Would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Simply the coolest place on the strip"
There are plenty of nice places to stay in Vegas. But for a "L.A" guy, this is the place to be.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great service. Pool amenities were smaller than expected.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall it was a good stay, however to our disappointment the bath tub was dirty when we checked in. Due to our early flight we have free buffet breakfast but couldn't use. We asked if maybe they could accommodate us with a bagel or something, none was given. We also have a $50 coupons to go on helicopter ride, was not given to us either. Some 5 stars […] hotel where everything we have to ask for instead of giving it as a package. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Everything its cracked up to be. Take advantage of the complementary items and features!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Cosmo is the most beautiful hotel on the strip. Unfortunately they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone that works there is useless. The hotel itself is amazing though and I would stay there again just for that reason.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"I don't understand the hype"
For all the hype that has been built about this place, I was completely unimpressed. The room was dirty, the floor was wet, and the room smelled horrible. The bell hop took 3 hours to get our bags to us. The staff is not friendly. The only things we liked about the hotel was the bar on the strip (although staff was rude, ambiance was great.) Next time […] we are in vegas, for the price we paid for this hotel, we will stay at Caesers or the Aria. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Fabulous !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was nice but a little on the expensive side. Club marqee and the pool areas are great. I woud have liked a coffee maker and clock in my room. When signing up for identity they would not accept my valid fla I'd and wanted a drivers license. However my I'd was ok for checking in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I stayed at the Cosmopolitan for 3 nights. The Hotel is beautiful. However, there were some things I did not like. The room was too cold at night; I wasn't able to control the temp. There was a glass wall between the shower and the bedroom and there was nothing covering it so if I had to take a shower, I had to ask my friend to get out of the room. […] The Japanese tub had a mini blind covering the glass window but there was nothing for the shower. I contacted the front desk twice. both times I was told someone from maintenance was going to go up to take care of the problem; no one showed up. Very disappointed with the service. The boulevard pool is toooooo small for the number of people staying at the hotel. Best time to go to pool: 9am since most people are still sleeping at that time. Worse time to go to pool: after 2p, too crowded. The margaritas at the pool were $15 (16 oz cup), tasted nasty. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"sexy, gorgeous, hip hotel- perfect strip location"
Everything was amazing, over-the-top, glamorous, hip, sexy - we got the Terrace One-Bedroom...it was all awesome. The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in- and I have been to many nice places worldwide. No problems with anything at all. Try the French Pickler martini from Bond Bar. Parking garage is super awesome, room amenities are nice, awesome artwork […] everywhere, it was an amazing experience. I think this hotel is for young hip hop type crowd, I am in mid 40s, was expecting more classier but still it was greatGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This was hands down the BEST hotel I've stayed in. The hotel was great plus customer service was awesome! I left $200 in my room and completely forgot about it. The same day the hotel security called me to tell me they found money in the room and sent in FEDEX to my home. I had forgotten about the money completely and I think most cases staffed would […] have kept it especially since I didn't even ask for the money since I forgot. "Nice hotel. I had the room with a balcony."
Hottest hotel on the strip. I really enjoyed it. Expensive tho. It's a place for the 25-35 yr olds. Not "mature" or 50+ yrs old friendly. Not a kid friendly hotel either. Very expensive.Genuine Expedia guest review
"For Young Adults"
Overall a great stay. But if you are over 35 or have young kids, you are better off staying at another hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was there for a short time, other than the housekeeping department not being so efficient... All else was great! I must also say brunch is amazing!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good pick for a hotel on the strip"
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were extremely nice. Wicked Spoon was good, if not great. The pool was seldom overly crowded. The gym is empty and adequately equipped, if not amazing.Genuine Expedia guest review
"too small of a room for the price"
i get that the hotel/city center was just built within the last few years, so its amenities are brand new. but for the amount of money paid for a city room at the cosmo, i was expecting a much larger room for 4 adults. you can find much larger rooms for less in price at other notable hotels on the strip. for what's it's worth, however, the hotel is […] really nice. nice lobby. nice interiors. nice bathroom fixtures. unfortunately, i feel like you really have to go big (in price tag) at this hotel to really experience its luxury though. "The Hippest Hotel On The Strip"
The Cosmopolitan was a well-appointed hotel with a welcoming, engaged staff and plenty of activities. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and a cool stand-up shower. Why does the cab stand have to be so far from the hotel exit? I understand why you make us walk by every slot machine to get from the check-in counter to the room elevators. "Loved our Terrace Suite!"
This trip to Vegas was for my 40th birthday, and also my boyfriend's first time. Now, we'll never be able to go back without getting a suite with a terrace! The view was gorgeous. When we weren't at the pool or gambling, we were on the terrace relaxing and enjoying the view. The suite itself was beautiful and had all the amenities one could ask for. […] Believe it or not, we did use the kitchen and cooked ourselves breakfast every morning. And, I loved being able to do laundry because I was coming straight to Vegas from a trip to Hawaii. "Nice hotel, well equipped but not taken care of"
The rooms are not properly cleaned. For one of the top 5 most expensive hotels in the city a definite no-go. Changed rooms once as requested category didn't match the actual category. The new room in a different floor and tower was also dirty. Called guest service and had the housekeeping manager come to see what's going wrong here and how gust experience […] the rooms. Fingerprints on the mirror, the glass doors and the kitchen front, Food traces on all tables and the wall next to the bed, and dust everywhere you look. Extended cleaning was promised, but all that changed were towels and soap in the shower. Even the dust was not cleaned. Met the manager on duty, he promised an upgrade to a well cleaned room, but never called back as promised. It's bad being in a nicely decorated and well planned hotel with lots of expensive and high quality furnishings, if you see it degenerate. And nobody cares. Not even giving the guest the feeling of being taken seriously. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Everything in the room was amazing. I have visited Vegas time and time again and have stayed in many hotels never have I spent SO much of my trip in the hotel I was staying in. Didn't want to leave my room or the Cosmo in general. Stay in a room with a balcony, it's worth it. I love the Cosmo so much I will be back in 2 months. Amazing.Genuine Expedia guest review
