I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

It was ok. My wife and I drove up to attend the Bills Draft Party and this was one of the closest hotels. Not bad, but not great either. For the price I can't complain. We got a room with two twin beds and they were kinda small for us but that's cause I'm cheap, lol. The TV channel selection wasn't great, maybe 20channels total and half of them were dumb ones. The next morning when we were leaving, we decided to skip out on the free continental breakfast offered by hotel and the guy behind the desk gave us directions to "Pegasus" which is a greek restaurant in Hamburg that was pretty decend. The food was average at best but VERY VERY cheap. Overall, good stay. Probably going back for the Thursday night game in November vs Miami.

I traveled to buffalo with my son. We chose this hotel based upon travelers reviews. The hotel room was FILThY!!!! I had to scrub out the tub before I would even stand in the shower with shower shoes. The sheets smelled faintly of vomitus. Nod not venture here!!!

REASONABLE RATE FOR 4 PEOPLE ON GAME DAY .. CLEAN ROOM ,NICE LOCATION.. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT STAY, NO COMPLAINT.

The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My room was clean. everything worked appropriately. No fuss accommodations, reasonably priced. Close to airport, free wireless Internet, free phone calls.
