awful location, very old decoration, very bad smell everywhere, full street noise, poor service, taxis don't know the address of this hotel, actually this is less than 2 star hotel not 4 star, too far from New Delhi

I am a self-service, low maintenance hotel guest. However, you need a few things in order to enjoy your stay. At check in, they had none of our information so we needed to complete several forms asking for all our information. Check in took 30 min. The room they gave me initially was not a queen/king so I had to call them to get moved to another room. […] Another 30 min. They denied us access to breakfast prior to the official 7am start even though the food was ready and we had an early meeting to get to. Subsequent days, we had to ask several times for silverware. We ordered an airport car for an evening departure and had to wait another 30 min as they didn't seem to "take/hold" the reservation. In general, there was a culture of confusion and poor/nonexistent service. This is not the case at many other hotels in the area and more generally India. We will go back to the others as they know how to treat a guest and run an operation. Read more

Overall I was not happy. I had to ask them again and again about the same problems number of times. For example, the bathroom's waste basket, I had to open it with my hands because it won't open from foot. It was never replaced. Bathrooms was clogged, I used the shower the water would overflow all the way to the bedroom.

*Took receptionist 25 mins to check me in - someone else broke the Q and he started serving him while i waited! * Not a 4 Star hotel. Maximum 1 Star quality. * The room I was given was so very small with queen size bed there was barely place to move! * Room was not clean (considering its a "4 Star" * The fridge did not work * The AC did not work. After […] 15 hours flight and staying awake for literally 48 hours (considering the time zone) I had to make 4 phone calls and wait another 1 hour for the AC guys to fix the Air Con. They cleaned the filter in front of me and took 1 hour to "fix it"! Even after they tried fixing it the cooling was not effective. * I ended up sitting in 40 degrees heat coz the AC did not work. * Breakfast is cheap and limited choices. * Checked out 24 HOURS earlier even though I paid for it. The hotel has a 70's, should I not of been knocked down and replaced by a new hotel five years ago feel to it. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We informed the manager we will be checking in late(midnight) in order to make sure our rooms were available. On arrival there were no rooms ready as they had ACCIDENTLY sold the to someone else. All the managers were on holiday together(hard to believe). Final got the rooms at 2am. This hotel we thought was close to the airport but it was extemely hard for any driver to find. Took 1.5 hours to get to after arriving at the International Airport. The hotel itself was very well presented with the brightest purple and green "Alice in Wonderland" high backed chairs! The swimming pool is big enough to get wet in and thats all and had […] bubbles in it- not nice at all. Had to go underground for this experience. The breakfast was limited and choice was poor. The rooms however where lovely and comfy and quiet providing there was no 'night work' happening after 8pm- renovating happens after dark! The staffs are very friendly and kind. The driver to pick up from the airport was waiting at the outside of the airport building. The room was clean enough, but the electricity had been cut every 3-4 hours and I had to adjust the airconditioner. I would like to recommenf this hotel generally.

一見ニコニコして“承知しました”と言われるとこちらはすっかり安心して待っていると結局その後待てど暮らせど何の音沙汰も無しであるとか、最終的に何でそういう事になるのと一種のアトラクション的結果が待ち受けているとか、の大変インド的ホスピタリティを満喫できるホテルです。灰皿や壊れている備品の修理をお願いしても結果最後まで何の音沙汰もなく、チェックアウト時にタクシーを予約しておいたにも関わらず他の客が乗っていったとの事で他の車の手配がすぐできますからと言って結局、何人ものホテルマンが出てきてはすったもんだしたあげく1時間も待たされ飛行機に乗り遅れそうになったりで大変刺激的です。

ホテルの設備は整っていてほぼ問題なし。問題はタクシーの借り上げをするのに、頼んだとおりにタクシーが来ないこと。また、借り上げたタクシーが勝手に途中で変更になり、出かけた先でタクシーを探すのに苦労しました。

低価格の割に、ホテルのレベルはインドでは上の方である。 ただし、少しだが気になる点もある。まず、シャワールームのガラス板のドアの下の方に隙間があるので、シャワーの後は水浸しになるのが難点。 洗面台の水が漏れていたが、レセプションに連絡するとすぐに修理してくれた。 また、運よく高層階に宿泊できたので眺めが良かったが、低層階の110号室は斜めに仕切られて居心地が悪く拒否した方が良いらしい（友人談）。 食事については朝のビュッフェは品目数が少ない。ホテルの周りにレストランが無いので夕食もこのホテルでとることが多くなる。
