      Everyone who knows me thinks I am a perfectionist. So for me to say I loved a hotel- I really found no flaw with it. We stayed a total of 3 nights. Two were in their honeymoon suite. The suite was amazing - larger than an average apartment, with a huge bathroom, living room, and very updated kitchen. We also had a large deck with a hot tub. Views were amazing- we had a partial ocean view, and lots of trees too. Our last night in the "regular" room was equally great. Like the honeymoon suite, this room was also recently updated. The grounds are spectacular. And The food at Fiame is lovely. We are there two nights. Hotel staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. I really have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Perfect for honeymooners. Also saw some families with young kids (under 4). They seemed to be enjoying it just as much as we were. Its also really close to the beach- can walk there in less than 5 min.

      As previous reviewers have stated, this is a new hotel that is still trying to figure out how to manage itself. My family and I stayed here over the long Easter weekend in April 2011. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast.......The staff was not equipped to handle the number of people that ate every morning and long lines ensures. Other than that, this was a wonderful hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

    Will stay there again anytime.Enjoyed the stay.Very well situated in the area.Near to the casino also and just across the road from the beach. New lifts installed and used without a problem.

    I still had to pay an extra R455 becuase they said that hotel.com only gave a discount - though I qualified for a free night?! There were lots of aged people at the hotel and the lounge smelt musty.
