Its operated below the high superb standards of what you would expect the Ritz to be. They try hard to please you and in the end they get it right, but sometimes one bad episode can change the entire experience. I stayed here as a three day stopover traveling from the U.S. en route to my final destination of Pakistan. While staying here two friends from South Africa joined me and we made a long weekend out of it. The facility was spectacular and like all Ritz facilities it maintained understated elegance. The service was amazing, at one point during our stay […] my friends wanted to walk to a nearby store, and when asking for directions the front desk offered to send someone with them to help carry their items back! This was basically the standard of service throughout our stay. The room was nice and spacious, and while initially we worried we would be cramped with 3 in a room we ended up with more than enough space. Location was pretty good, and we didn't feel like it was a hike to get to any particular tourist location, but we weren't in the much desired marina area. On my last day I went to the spa and was very impressed by the services. My only tiny gripe about my stay was that the room service menu could have been better. I chose to spend more since I was on a rest stop and trusted in the Ritz Carlton name. Not only did I not get the rest I needed but my horrible experience at the hotel has made me question whether I will ever go back to Dubai. Nothing worked in my room. Not my phone. Not my cable. Not my internet. The furniture had stains. The curtains were askance […] and broken which made it impossible to get daylight into the room. In a sporadic period when my phone did decide to work, I had to call three times before it was fixed. It took over 30 minutes for someone to come look at the problem. Then it took another 30 minutes to get it fixed. When the curtains did work I had a cruddy view of an interior courtyard as a reward. The hotel staff does not like to share information such as where to find restaurants although they do seem to enjoy snidely laughing at a customer who dares to call the curtains blinds or request to see their luggage being taken away somewhere safe instead of being left in a busy lobby with an alarmingly high random person/customer to staff ratio. Even though my internet did not work most of the time when I needed it to I was still charged an exorbitant amount for the 24 hours (although I only spent 14 hours in the room). I was very happy with the hotel. I booked a junior suite and it was very big and comfy. The hotel is relatively new so the hotel and room conditions were very good. All of the staffs, the concierge, Business Lounge staffs, House Keeping, staffs at Blue Rain and The Steakhouse, Door Men, were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would stay at the Ritz Carlton DIFC again, and highly recommend it to my friends.

The ritz difc is one of the best hotels in dubai. The hotel is brand new and rooms are of the highest standards one can find in a 5 star facility. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. To sum up, this hotel is one of the best business hotels out there in dubai.

First of all its a Ritz - so naturally its to be held at a higher standard. Beautiful hotel and a great buffet and service ONLY problem - Checkin! It too me 20 mins to checkin even though I had prepaid and then what was worst was that our luggage got to our room 1 1/2 hrs later! This is longer than what it takes on a cruise. All we did was wait and […] wait and then my wife fell asleep. So that was a real turn-off. Check-out too could be better - made us wait for 20 mins in the lobby despite us calling ahead of time. Then they forgot a bag in the room...every thing in the middle was fabulous. Will I return...NO. Only because all year long I live in hotels in the downtown area and I was hoping to be at the Ritz at the beach. My secretary booked this hotel by mistake - turns out that if you want to use the other Ritz property, you have to pay $50 per person per day extra! Next time I will go either with the Ritz on the beach or the some other hotel near the beach, the Jumeirah at Saray is beautiful. The breakfast buffet at CanCan was a great way to start the day. If you want a posh hotel - go for it if you get a good deal. But in Dubai, you want to be near the beach and this is not. But then you do need hotels near the Financial District and other shopping locations so if beach is not your thing - put the Ritz on top of your list. Read more

we booked last minute into the ritz and later realsied that this was the new one and not the one we had thought, had a few second thoughts to be honest, and may for at have even cancelled the booking, but decided to go and stay for atleast one night and see how we felt!oh boy were we in for a surprise, the hotel is new, granted, but the ritz is the […] ritz is the ritz, the attention to detail, the fact that everyone knew our names, the location was great!service 24*7. we has actually booked into the regular category room but had mentioned in the note that we were coming to celebrate our anniversary, we also requested an early check in, mind you theie normal check in time in 3pm, we landed at 7am and were in our room at 8am! simply fab! now the room...we were upgraded to the suite!! this mind you we did not know till we actually reache the room and realsied, so not a peep out of anyone at the reception about how we should be grateful that we were upgraded!classy! further to that, we were sent a big cake to the room wishing us a happy anniversary :) the room service is goodm tired the club sandwich which was super! the hotel has 2 pools, one indoor and the other outdoor on the roof top with a gorgeous view, ideal place to take a bottle of bubbly an spend the evening! even though this place is near the financial centre, it is perfect for a weekend getaway. at night it is cojviniently located near the armani hotel, dubai mall and cavali club :) must def give this hotel a shot! ドバイ到着が現地時間早朝であったため、荷物だけ預かってもらおうとフロントスタッフに話しかけたところ、普通にチェックインの手続きをして部屋に案内されました。チェックアウト時にアーリーチェックイン代金を請求されることもなく、フロントスタッフの心遣いに感謝感謝です。 また、チャックアウト後に荷物を預けて観光している途中にパスポートを紛失してしまい、急いでホテルに戻って困っていることをフロントスタッフに話しオプショナルツアーと飛行機のキャンセルをお願いしたところ、「キャンセルはいろいろと手を尽くしてからにしましょう」と捜索を訪問箇所に依頼してくれました。その後、幸運にもパスポートは見つかり、オプショナルツアーと飛行機をキャンセルすることなく無事に旅行を終えることが出来ました。 いろいろとハプニングは […] ありましたが、、満足のいく旅になりました。リッツ・カールトンの「おもてなし」を存分に体感でき、リッツ・カールトンに泊まって本当に良かったです。 Read more

这家酒店的设施非常好，离迪拜塔和地铁站都不太远，金融中心地铁站走路10分钟，迪拜塔打车15迪拉姆。酒店很新，很多人都不知道，但住起来很舒适。在一条比较安静的街上，但去迪拜中心区域也比较方便。价钱在当地5星级酒店里算便宜的，但设施应该算很好的。比较推荐入住。
