Excellent location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The building it's located in has everything you could possibly need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.

From the time you get out of your car you are treated very well, by everyone. I mean they make you feel special. Beds are very good and I want a shower like theirs in my bathroom. A little pricey but it's Toronto.My only gripe would be the limited room service menu. I've never been in a Toronto hotel that didn't have a breakfast called the Canadian […] on the menu. The hotel definitely has the boutique vibe and is in a great location to get around the city. The room itself is spacious, with a really large and comfortable bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. In addition, the staff members are all very pleasant and helpful. Great stay and will be staying there again on my next trip to Toronto.

Hotel is very nice, youthful and designer boutique feel to it, though the rooms were nice, they did feel a touch.. masculine (think Ikea furniture with a huge picture of a guy in a vest holding a samurai sword above the bed - literally). That said I did like the room - minus that daft picture...Location was OK for the waterfront and right next to the […] Air Canada Center, so great for going there. Parking was dumb, no real system, lots of construction outside so we had to pull onto the sidewalk and I rushed inside to ask them what the heck to do with the car. We self parked under the hotel, only to get an elevator up to ground level that deposited us, bags and all, in the middle of the Longo Supermarket! Not cool... People at front desk were very polite and helpful very good service. Personally, I wouldn't go back due to the location being away from some of the cooler things in Toronto, I would rather stay a little more North near Queen St towards the University. But if there was a reason to visit for the Air Canada Center then I would certainly stay here. Read more

My family and I spent a weekend at the Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square and enjoyed every minute there. The rooms were roomy and clean. Great hotel - a nice bonus to have the continental breakfast (which was very good) and wifi included in room rate. Only minor complaint was no towel racks in the bathrooms - hard to be environmentally conscious when there is no good way to get your towels dry between uses.

This place is great! My wife and I were celebrating our first anniversary and decided to visit Toronto after a couple of days in Niagara. After spending a boat load of money in what seemed to be the most expensive tourist destination in the world, Toronto and the le Germain were a welcomed relief. We arrived early, too early for our room to be ready […] so the concierge, Gregory, gave us some great information about the surrounding area. When we got back, our bags were already in the room and we had a wonderful evening in town. When we were leaving, the bellman helped us load the car without having to ask. The facility was great, the people were wonderful, the location is amazing. The rooms are a little masculine, not a problem for me but my wife was noticing it. Despite being told incorrectly by the central reservation that the hotel was very close to The Four Seasons where our friends were staying, this hotel was a modernist or minimalist gem! The most comfortable bed in the world and so many more wonderful features and on top of it the staff went beyond the call of duty!

I am a travel agent that gets to enjoy a lot of different properties. This would be my only choice if I went back to Toronto. Wonderful, modern rooms, great service, free wi-fi in rooms, knowledgeable staff, and great location. Union Station is right across the street for public transit, and sports stadiums are also right there. Loved it!

Beautiful new hotel, just seemed understaffed and/or those working, seemingly indifferent. Concierge could not help with a minor request, while room service didn't answer the phone, on three separate occasions. Building and room overall were wonderful, however, and proximity to ACC Centre and downtown locale, perfect.
