I stayed in the hotel for one night. Hotel is OK, room was clean, a bit small. Price reasonable. Do not compare with 4 stars hotels. The Clarion in Concord is dirty, unfriendly and cost 40 dollars more a night

Not much of a step up from a Motel 6 and a lot more expensive. Continental breakfast was never attended to, so when items like jelly was gone there was nothing to put on your toast. There was a thick layer of dust around all the edges of the carpet and the a/c fan made an awful noise which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Rooms were clean but small. The pool was ice cold in weather that I really wanted to utilize the pool being it was over 100 degrees every day of our stay. The lobby, breakfast area and elevator smelled of gasoline.

The hotel is outdated, but close to restaurants and what felt like a safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly, and the hotel was only a few minutes away from the BART transit. We had free parking and wifi which was nice compared to the prices of hotels in San Francisco. Overall great deal for the cost of the hotel!

The Inn is conveniently located, close but not too close to the freeway, a large indoor mall, restaurants, movie theaters, and more. Considering the price we paid (Pleasant Hill is an expensive city) the Inn was satisfactory. It is a motel, not a hotel. The room was small with little open space around the king bed, but it had a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, a small desk and closet. We had plenty of hot water and the bars of soap and envelopes of shampoo and lotion were small but adequate. The room, hallways, stairwells, elevator, lobby, and breakfast room were all acceptably clean. The breakfast was typical of a small motel. Parking is adequate. The Inn sets on a busy street but street noise at night was minimal.

Small room, no screens on window, dirty carpets..... It also seemed that this was a "flop house" for strange travelers. Some wandered around in their pajamas in the morning. Would never stay there again even at this price!

For the price, the room was adequate. Comfortable bed. Small rooms. It was clean! Older hotel but I would stay again. We weren't in the room all that much so it was fine. We also had a microwave and refrigerator in room which was a definite plus!

Room clean, new bathroom tile/granite. Room on small side, but had all amenities. Climate control not effective, thankfully had a mild bay area weekend. Hallways could be cleaner, good breakfast, but needed to ask for re-stocking of waffle batter. Still, hot fresh waffles, hard boiled eggs as well as traditional continental breakfast items made for filling morning meal.

I didn't know what to expect after reading some rather erratic reviews. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but I can report on what I saw. This appears to be a "mom and pop" owned hotel and the manager may live in the room off the lobby. The help at the desk was okay. The lobby was dated and utilitarian. The breakfast room was off the lobby. Breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had granite-tiled flooring and I think countertops. The AC worked fine and wasn't as noisy as many in hotels/motels. We had a nice quiet night's sleep. Parking was behind the building in a well-lit lot. The neighborhood is a bit mixed-use. I don't think I would have any concern walking around at night.

This property is dated and some of the fixtures are a littel worn but the staff was very friendly and it was clean despite the age. The location is very good if you are in the Concord area. The rooms are small but the beds and pillows were comfortable so for business travel when you aren't spending much time in the room anyway it is great.

The Pleasant Hill Inn was in a great location; directly across the street from the bus stop which takes one right to the BART station. The room was clean if a bit small. The bed was adequate, the TV had a good selection of chanels. The managers were helpful and cordial. The only real disapointment was the pool. It was billed as a heated indoor pool. It was not heated and too cold to enjoy a swim at 7:00 pm. Still, for the price, I was not expecting the J. Willard Marriott mansion. I would recommend it as an affordable, convenient and adequate motel.

For economy in the area this hotel is a good choice. The rooms are small, pleasant, and with basic amenities including free wifi. The breakfast offered is quite good although items can run out without refurbishment. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that never went away. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was in a good area and it suited our basic need. Our bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell to it, while the room itself seemed a bit musty. We tried airing it out by opening the window; it helped some. Our desk clerk, from arrival, seemed to be the only one working the desk. Ever. Upon return from one of our outings, he was actually asleep at the business center chair, right at the front door. The "complimentary continental breakfast" left something to be desired. Crumpled muffins, souring orange juice, and hard pastries were not at all appetizing.

I wouldn't have any complaints if the tv had worked or breakfast would have been ready at 630 like posted. We had to get on the road early. Came down at 7am for breakfast and there wasn't a crew person in sight. Other then that the room was nice. Just had renovations and you could tell. It was a comfortable stay and easy location. Was able to walk to the mall down street to pick up my rental car.

For the price we paid it was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was included which consisted of cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs, muffins,toast, waffles (batter supplied to make your own) and juice,coffee. Plenty for what we needed. We did have an incident of a missing cell phone from our room that miraculously disappeared. We will never know for sure what happened. Staff was friendly enough, not overly so.

Sad place. Arrived at the desk to find a sign saying "back in a few minutes." Almost an hour later we left, leaving a note "...what does "back in a FEW minutes mean?" We returned after going out to eat, and the young attendant made little effort to acknowledge or apologize for what had just happened, even when I asked him if he'd read my note. The TV did not work, but worse, the AC did not work. He came up to the room and allegedly "fixed" it, but the AC ceased a few minutes after he left. He came back up and gave us another room, a much smaller one. The AC in this worked somewhat but ceased during the night. Don't patronize this place.

There was rarely anyone at the front desk. I couldn't get into my room on the third day of a 4-night stay and then had to ring the desk bell several times to get anyone to come out. Their free breakfast was a joke. We went down at 8:00 for a breakfast that ran until 9:30. The tables were filthy, there was only one cup of waffle batter, nothing in what looked like a warming tray (and there hadn't been anything in it). It was pathetic. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.

I read that the rooms were small, but since it was only going to be I decided that would be okay. It was the dirty part I wasn't too happy with. My room was fairly clean. The toilet paper holders hadn't been cleaned for awhile. The towels were not the nicest. The hallway in front of my room was dirty as were the chairs in the lobby. The breakfast was not very inviting and the juice machine was not working right. It needs some work done. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas. There seemed to be 1 boy (college age running the place). I would not ever book this place again.

We got in pretty late (around 1am) but didn't have any trouble checking in. The front desk lady was nice enough. The room was decently clean (the bed/bathroom were fine), but it could probably use a good deep cleaning. There were some old stains on the rug and the curtains had some stuff stuck on them on the inside. The hotel had some basics for a continental breakfast (toast, bagels) and a waffle maker, which was nice. No frills really, but for a place just to crash for the night, it wasn't really necessary. Overall a place i'd recommend if you're just passing through.

Guest clerk was friendly and very efficient. The only suggestions I would have are that they put in better exhaust fans in the bathrooms and make wallpaper repairs where necessary. Bed was comfortable, everything clean. Room is on the smaller side but for the price and only staying one night, everything was great!

この金額で、この立地でというのがはなまるでした。DVCディアブロバレーカレッジに用事がある人は、ここが一番いいと思います。コンチネンタルブレックファストも含まれているし、パソコンも自由にフロントで使えたし、プリントアウトも出来たし、フロントの方もやさしかったし、水周りも十分清潔でした。

Wenngleich schon etwas älter, ist dieses ehemalige Best Western Hotel durchaus in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber akzeptabel ausgestattet. Sat-TV bietet viele Sender. Das kostenlose Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut, wenngleich der Frühstücksraum nur winzig ist. WLAN hat perfekt funktioniert. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich eine Shopping Mall sowie mehrere FastFood Restaurants. Das Hotel ist einigermaßen ruhig gelegen. Das Hallenbad ist eher klein, aber für eine Abkühlung reicht's.
