We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

Wir waren in Zimmer 201 untergebracht. Dieses Zimmer kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. 1. Es ist gegenüber zwei Toiletten, die morgens gegen 7:30 geputzt wurden. Das Problem dabei war, dass wir jedes mal davon geweckt wurden. 2. Die Zimmer sind sehr nahe am Speisesaal. Sind wir nach der Toilettenreinigung wieder eingeschlafen, wurden wir vom Frühstück […] ab 8:00 geweckt. 3. Die Nacht über haben meist 1-2 Busse vor dem Hotel gehalten, um Gäste zu bringen oder abzuholen. Auch davon wurde mein Schlaf gestört, da unser Balkon vorne beinahe über dem Eingang lag. Wahrscheinlich sind die Zimmer zum Innenhof/Pool hin wesentlich besser, wahrscheinlich auch teurer. Wer früh aufsteht, hat vielleicht mit Zimmer 201 weniger Probleme. Negativ waren auch die schlechten Matratzen. Sonst fand ich das Hotel ok. Ich habe nur meine schlechten Erfahrungen aufgeschrieben. Die guten kann man sicher in anderen Bewertungen nachlesen. Tyvärr var sängarna stenhårda. Hade varit bra att veta att det är i stort sett endast tyska gäster på hotellet. Bortsett från detta var det en jättefin vistelse.

Wer nach einem Hotel sucht, wo wenig oder keine Kinder anzutreffen sind, ist hier absolut richtig. Das Hotel bietet auch keine Kinderanimation und wird somit vorwiegend von Allein- oder Paarreisenden gebucht. Die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung, die Sauberkeit gibt auch keinen Anlass zur Beanstandung. Hier und da wäre mal eine Renovierung schön, aber […] das ist in jedem Hotel zu finden. Das Personal ist freundlich, spricht größtenteils Deutsch, das Essen gut und reichhaltig. Zum Strand sind es 2 Min, im Grunde einmal die Haupteinkaufsstrasse überqueren und man liegt an einem schönen und recht sauberen Strand. Das Hotel selber liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut passend und man fühlt sich wohl ! Read more
