"Nice clean hotel...friendly staff"
I stayed at Boss suites for 3 nights. Nice clean hotel tucked away in a quiet lane away from busy Soi 4. Bit of a walk to Nana BTS but they have free tuk tuk. I walked most of the time as I preferred to. Hotel in house massage was good and their staff were friendly. Had good massages after long walks during the day. The breakfast was very average. That's […] the reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that I really liked the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fantastic best value for money ::) n.bkk, next"
Great WiFi gym staff location room value for money and I've tried manyGenuine Expedia guest review
Ten min walk to the cool spots but the hotel will give you a free tuk tuk ride down which is great. They were noting but helpful, amazing lady at the front desk. Very happy with the service. The bed was hard for my liking but that's just personal preference. Great tv. I recommend itGenuine Expedia guest review
"Based in a quiet side road"
Very pleased all round - room, pool, staff, breakfast. Suitable for families but relatively close to red light area. Good overall value at £25 with breakfastGenuine Expedia guest review
"I felt this hotel is not so good."
This hotel was not so furnished amenity. Because I hadn't brushing of teeth and shaver, I felt myself dirty.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean hotel close to the action"
The hotel is tucked away down a no through road and is therefore relatively quiet. The room was very clean and had all of the basic facilities. One negative, the breakfast selection was poor in my opinion. However, if you need somewhere to stay for one or two nights then this hotel does the job.Genuine Expedia guest review
Indecent behaviour by front office staff were our concerns.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
location ok, but everything else is bad. rooms smell, old furniture, internet down.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Rat in the wardrobe"
It was all okay till the second day - I figured there is a rat inside the wardrobe somewhere. I left my bag inside the wardrobe in the morning only to return in the night to find some chocolates in bag have been nibbled on. Must have been a strong rat to make its way through a buckled backpack to the pack of chocolates. Also, the WIFI stopped working […] the second day and nobody seemed to know why. And was not fixed for atleast another day till I checked out. I guess if you're rated a 3-4 start hotel, you need to be on top of such things and get it sorted asap. Although I was provided with a new room immediately but a rat in the wardrobe is totally unacceptable. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Short stay in Bangkok"
Interesting start to the journey, when cab driver took us to another Nana Hotel in the same area. Only that this Nana hotel is more of a knocking shop. Hotel was pleasant when we finally arrived. Location is 10 mins walk from metro and skytrain but is in the red light districtGenuine Expedia guest review
"A very pleasent stay"
We were very impressed with this hotel. Very good value for money. Most of the staff speaks English. Looks as advertised. Would stay here againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel, good location"
Nice hotel, close enough to the 'vibrant' area of Sukhumvit, but secluded enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the bars.Genuine Expedia guest review
This is a pretty good hotel, but not great. So if you want to stay here consider the price you pay. If you are thinking of a cheap 4 star hotel, its not...The bed is hard, the fixtures are cheap, the shower is very weak and the location is not for all. I find it funny to read other reviews about the staff mentioning faults will be fixed in "10 minutes", […] as this was exactly what happened to me. The internet did not work for half a day while I was there, and the response was always "10 minutes", which seriously must be some kind of script at the hotel. If the internet works, its great and fast. Also the tuk-tuk service to Nana was not working when I was there for the full 3 days (again, this doesn't happen in a legitimate 4 star hotel). The massage was great. The hotel needs some proper investment in fixtures etc, and some of the staff need to be taught about decent customer service. When I booked, I thought I was getting a good deal but actually it turned out to be what I paid for. I would definitely stay again, but at the price I paid ($50/night) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location of hotel"
It can be off putting but the hotel do offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the nearest Skytrain Nana station etc which I failed to remember, entirely my mistake. A very handy area for transit to the international airport. Would recommend to stay again for easy access in and out of BangkokGenuine Expedia guest review
Nice hotel had a nice stay for 5 days, helpful staff overall good hotel. Only issue is with wifi and tuk-tuk service it's complementary but half of the time it's out of service.Genuine Expedia guest review
"adequate hotel, not too close to Nana"
Hotel wasn't ready when I arrived - had to wait 4 hours before they had room ready. Really annoying since I arrived at 6am after a 11 hour flight and wasn't best pleased. Was told the reason for this was that they were overbooked! Not sure why that would be the case, as they must have known about the booking well in advance. Number of problems with […] AC leaking and lack of hot water. All resolved, but not what you would expect. A bit far from Nana central, so you have to walk 10-15 minutes there and back - starts to grate on you after a while. Overall - an adequate hotel, but you can probably get a better deal closer to Nana and a bit more organised. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Location, Great Hotel."
Excellent hotel, especially good for the price. A good restaurant that also provides room service (although some of the staff don't know their own menu, which makes for some fun when ordering on the phone), massage parlour downstairs, including in-room massages. Great location. Free shuttle to the Sky Train or town.Genuine Expedia guest review
"will not stay there again"
I was not impressed with my stay at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was not cleaned very well, the night stand and phone had pop spilt all over it, the walls had food stuck to it. Housekeeping showed up late(sometimes not at all) to clean the room (around supper time) and after being out all day in this hot, humid place, it would […] have been nice to have fresh towels for a shower. Our last night there, we discovered an unwanted guest - a cockroach crawled across the bed once the lights were turned on. The pictures on the site do show a beautiful room, I was very disappointed. "Value for money"
This hotel was nicely tucked away from the hussle and bussle of the city, but a short walk away from the station, restaurants and shops. It was more than sufficient for anyone younger travelling looking for a cheap but nice hotel. The atmosphere in Sukhumvit is very different to that of Khao San, where all the tourists prosper and market stalls litter […] the roads. We stayed in both areas and recommend the same, this area offers a difference experience and outlook of Bangkok. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not the best but not terrible."
The hotel is only minutes away walking from the main road, the hotel itself I'm still undecided on, the breakfast was limited buffet, my door key stopped walking twice, the lift stopped working for a day, my room air conditioning also stopped working, the tv has limited English programming the rest in Thai. My neighbours thought it acceptable to come […] back to their rooms late every night banging doors, playing music, and yelling to their guests along the corridor.the hotel seemed to have a mainly male guest population and the bar always empty. The room service menu also limited and overpriced. I ate out each day from the local vendors or the supermarket on ploenchit square, worked out cheaper than eating in and had more variety. The room did have a DVD player which I did enjoy for that lazy lay in day. The shower looked like something froma time machine and only gave me got water the final day before I left. I had a foot massage from the hotel but for the same price you can get one twice as good second floor ploenchit square aswell I probably wouldn't stay here again as a solo female traveller, I have stayed in nicer more convenient hotels for the same or less price. The taxi drivers that wait out the front can be a bit sneaky my tip would try to get a taxi with meter otherwise they will overcharge you. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I only spent a couple of nights there and it was handy for getting about. I left my suitcase for 12hours after checking out with reception. I was a bit sceptical, however, I need not of worried. I would recommend this hotel but the area is maybe not conducive to families as you need to walk past all the girlie bars!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Nice place to stay, not too far from the nightlife"
Third time I have stayed at The Boss Suites. Staff are always pleasant & helpful. Rooms have been clean and tidy & comfortable. The only disappointment this time was our double was in fact two singles pushed together, however wasn't too much of an inconvenience as the single was big enough to accommodate us both. Hotel is at the far end of Soi 4 so […] a bit of a trek, the hotel offers a tuk tuk service, but I have yet to have used it as it seems always to be gone. Would recommend. "Excellent hotel with very friendly staff"
Very pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very handy shuttle service to the BTS line saved us time and walking in the heat down the busy street. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. Only negative was the pool looked unclean so we avoided taking a swim where we otherwise would.Genuine Expedia guest review
Good, clean hotel. Good, friendly, efficient staff. Good value. My only quibble would be that it's a bit of a walk to the BTS station or to any shops/restaurant. (though there is a shuttle available)Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"3 out of 5 stars let down by male staff"
Lady's at front desk very good and helpful however the male staff cannot speak any english are arrogant and have there hand out for tips at every moment at least the beggars up the street have mannersGenuine Expedia guest review
The rooms and people were good. But the location is quite far frOm the main road. And without convenience u have to walk a lot. Pool is quite small. Seeing the price it's not bad but can find a better place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was nice, but the area was a little seedy. It weas a long walk to get to main area of Soi 4. Littel did I know Soi 4 would be the way it is. lesson learned.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quiet in Red Light district"
Breakfast was nothing special, but overall, hotel was clean and pleasant, if a bit out in the back of beyond with annoyingly loud (but free) tuk-tuk service to BTS Nana (or nearby) on request. The windows in the toilet are a unique feature for the security paranoid, too! At a discounted rate, was acceptable and more convenient than the more distant […] (but cheaper) airport hotels. Younger ladies might find the local bars a bit uncomfortable, but area seems generally safe and shops and restaurants are not too far away. May stay there again. "Not worth considering."
The general condition of the hotel is poor. While staying in "suite" class of room, neither of the showers worked and took 4 days of complaining to the staff before any action was taken. On the fifth day I left even though the booking was for 12 days. Bed sheets were replaced, unfortunately with cigarette burn marks in them. Noise was a common problem, […] either from the continuos movement of the lifts, air conditioning units rattling or traffic outside. The pictures of the pool are also misleading, as it s a small and covered plunge pool. There are many more better hotels at similar prices to choose from. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Good location at the end of soi 4, a little walk but hotel hidden away and quiet. Tuk Tuk service available to sukukvit if needed. Nice big rooms bright and clean, my only comment would be there was door in the room which backed onto another locked door with really poor sound insulation. I could hear every word from the people next door. Not sure if […] this was just in my room. Otherwise nice hotel Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Second stay at this hotel. Staff always pleasant. Room was tidy, kept clean & comfortable. At the bottom end of Soi 4 down a side street so can confuse some people when trying to get there for the first tme. Away from all the noise of Soi Nana but is only a short walk away from the fun. "Needs some upkeep and process improvement"
Hotel is tucked out of the way off soi 4 - quite a long way from sukhumvit - 500+metres. The taxi mafia are in play and wont use their meters so a walk to sukhumvit is necessary to get a meter cab. General amenity of the hotel is fine..the elevator doesnt go up one tower from the lobby so bags have to go up a flight of stairs. Biggest gripe is the room […] key...their rules are that the key has to be given to the desk when leaving the Hotel. Generally thiis is fine except when you come back - to a different person and ask for your key and you just get it...no security check...I'm sure I could have gotten any key! Poll looks OK if it had clear water - it didn't. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
