      Overall and Excellent Stay. The breakfast was well prepared, plentiful and worth the cost. It prepared you for the day. The view from my room was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was that although assured of a No-Smoking room, the persons in the room next to us were smoking and although we reported this several times to the front desk, the staff did not offer to move us until the second day of smoke exposure. They have no consequences for guests who smoke in Non-smoking rooms! We appreciated the location of this hotel.

      The only drawback to this hotel is a quick taxi ride to the center of town. It is a small price to pay for a tranquil and beautifully appointed Hotel. The entire staff needs to be complemented for having extended themselves to do anyting within their power to make your stay special The food is excellent and the choices are varied. A wonderful experience.

      The hotel staff is not the friendliest. They where unable to make change for a 500.00 Euro bill. Great location.

    I thought it was great, really great. You really knew that you were as close to the Cathedral as possible. And the hotel's religious connections were... obvious, in a low key, wonderful way. Everything was simple, clean and nicely done. The decorations in the public spaces were country simple, the garden was beautiful and with all that, the elevator was modern and efficient.     A totally wonderful experience.. We walked as pilgrims for 35 days on the camino and this hotel was our finale and it could not have been more Appropriate.. All staff went above and beyond normal service levels.. I would re ommend this unique hotel with 20 stars out of 10!!!

As you walk down from the bus station nothing prepares you for the encounter with this amazingly beautiful building.... and as you enter through the corridors it only gets better.     Cet hôtel, sous-classé à mon avis, présente tous les avantages : parking San Clemente à proximité, logement dans un monument classé, aménagements un petit peu simples peut être mais en parfait accord avec les lieux, gentillesse et efficacité du personnel. Hôtel très recommandable !!!

    Flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet ved katedralen. Her er ikke mange stjerner eller stor tv på rommene, men det er slett ikke nødvendig i den fantastiske atmosfæren. Enkelt rom med supert bad.

El personal es amable y correcto, la limpieza y el mantenimiento están muy bien y sobre todo el edificio y el lugar, con el acceso dorecto a una de las entradas de la Catedral y al centro de Santiago, lo hacen muy atractivo, especialmente,para los que dispongan de un periodo […] breve de tiempo para visitar la ciudad, lo cual facilita incluso, que se pueda dedicar un tiempo a visitar, localidades cercanas o alguna ria cercana.
