When I booked this hotel, I didn't expect a whole lot from this hotel because it was so cheap. But after staying there for the entirety of my trip, I have to say that it was the best value for my buck. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1 right next to Binh Thanh Market. It's location makes it convenient to walk to all the tourist sites such as he War Museum and the Reunification center. The service was great and I would defiitely stay there the next time I go.

Rooms are very nice and roomy, and good location. They could improve on their service and maintenance. The phone did not work in my colleague's room which was inconvenient for wake up calls, etc. My room had the vanity light burned out. Also, had trouble with my key card and they were very slow in responding. Breakfast was okay, but had much better at other hotel we stayed at earlier in our stay. I do like their rooms so would probably give them another chance and hope that the service/maintenance issues were a one time thing.

I like the hotel. Breakfast was good . Had some new dishes everyday. The hotel was convenient to all. Fleas market is only two blocks away . Good to by some souvenir t-shirts. Make sure you bargain, t-shirt average price is 90 dong. The foot massage was good. You can print your email at the business computer and pick it up at the receptionist desk. The only thing is that they could not scan my document but that is a lot to ask for. Overall, I like it and would stay here again.

It was a great value given the price and condition of the hotel. The hotel is quite small, but it is very clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Very close to Ben Thanh Market, only a few blocks away.
Location.
Located in Ho Chi Minh City (District 1 - Dong Khoi), A&EM 19 Dong Du Hotel is close to Opera House, Ho Chi Minh City Hall, and Ho Chi Minh City Museum. Also nearby are Saigon Central Post Office and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica.
Hotel Features.
This Ho Chi Minh City hotel offers a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast each morning. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Excellent hotel for the price. No pool. The price for excursions was much cheaper set up here than at any of the 5 star hotels nearby such as the Sheraton across the street.

"A&EM 19 Dong Du Hotel, HCM City"
The decor is a little OTT and the breakfast is a mix of Asian and European, but it is a clean comfortable hotel in the heart of Saigon, opposite the Sheraton, and close to everything. (There is an internet computer provided in the room). Good value - I would stay again.

Hotel is strangely decorated, very over the top. That being said my room had good wifi, clean bathroom, hot water everything was fine. Location is great. Breakfast was pretty average.
"Enjoyable"
We booked an executive room which was nicely appointed and perfectly adequate for our needs. Slightly larger than the other rooms. Staff were pleasant, helpful, courteous and very obliging. Perfect little hotel in the dong khoi area. for those who dont want to stay in the backpacker district (which is awful) this is a perfect place to stay! very clean, cute little rooms with their own special decorations, internet in the room, nice staff. highly recommended!

Мы во Вьетнаме были впервые, опасались, что фото с видами номеров не будут соответствовать действительности, но... когда такси доставило нас по адресу, стоила дорога 5 дол. Служащие отеля забрали наш багаж и поселили нас в номер superior, заняло это 10 мин. Номер находился на 3 этаже, вид нам не понравился, на реку, но перед нами были крыши домов. Мы […] попросили поменять и нам тут же предложили 8 этаж, зато,когда вошли в номер - попали в королевские покои. Большая роскошная кровать, окна от потолка до пола и вид на реку, прогулочные катера, как фотообои. Вся мебель в стиле РЕТРО. Уборка ежедневно. Питание на цокольном этаже с выходом на улицу. Очень уютный бар, тоже в царском стиле . Выбор блюд небольшой, но все очень вкусно и сытно. В подарок от отеля любой напиток-коктейль. Месторасположение отличное, самое сердце Сайгона. ３月２７日～４泊しました。立地条件・部屋の豪華さ清潔さ又朝食の美味しさは合格点でした。ホストパフォーマンスありお勧めです。ただフロント女性従業員２名の態度は劣悪です！他の方も書き込みしていますが・まったくプロ意識に欠け高慢ちきな態度での対応です。舌打ち せせら笑い トラブルへの処理にも対処しないばかりか （日中ホテルの屋上の工事の騒音で寝られませんでしたが工事そのものを知らないふりをし、隣室者の雑音の性とでも云った感じでお互いに多少は理解しあってとめんどくさげに取り合わず不快感丸出しでした。部屋の変更も聞き入れられず２日目にけたたましいコンクリートを砕くドリル音に忍びがたく、音の出所を探り当て 事実を突き付けてやっと部屋変更の対応に持ち込みましたがその女性スタッフからの謝罪はありませんでした […] ） Read more
