The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

Venue Hotel is close to Parkway Parade, Haji Lane, and Singapore Flyer. Also nearby are Geylang Serai New Market and Singapore National Stadium.

however the bed seems to have bed beds there were stain on it seems like never clean throughtly...end up we have bitten by the bed bugs...otherswise everyting is gd ... gd location for supper as well... should hv a dryer and make sure the bedsheet has been change.we have been infected by the bed bug since til now. would appreicated if you could waived […] special pass/ rate for us the next round if we will be der, waithing for your soonest reply. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress was covered in plastic and the sheets struggled to stay on, but for what we wanted to pay, it was Ok. The MRT was a short taxi ride away....

the lobby is presentable and clean. i also like the bedsheets and pillow as they are really clean and fresh. only complain i have is that they didnt clean my toilet well and the toilet is quite shabby. they could really use a good dose of grout and VOILA! that toilet would have really look much better. they could also use a trash can inside the toilet […] and at least 1 side table on the bed. i would like to see these changes when i go back... It is a bit loud due to brs and karaoke places on the street outside. All in all a pretty decent place for it's cost though, and it is close to the airport, and only coated around 20 S$ to get to/from the airport.

ホテル８１からベニューホテルになり、完全リニューアルオープン。入口からデザイナーズホテル風。エレベーターも、部屋の内装、ベッド、TV、シャワールームもあたらしくなった。良い点はスタッフの笑顔、役に立とうとする姿勢。問題は下水のチョロチョロと流れる音、ハウスキーピングの掃除の不十分いである。TVは液晶、トイレとシャワーは同じで狭い。冷蔵庫あり。収納、棚が殆ど無い。まあ価格を考えるといいかな。ロケーションは観光地や都心まで距離がある。しかしショピングモールまで徒歩１５分から２０分。食事は周辺にたくさんある。

비니니스로 저렴하게(?) 잠깐 머무는 경우만 이용을 하는 것이 좋을 듯합니다. 절대 연인 가족이 함께 머물곳은 아닌듯하고 방도 너무 작고 옆방소리 다들리고 특히 제가 머문곳은 창문이 없어서 불안하더군요. 한국의 허름한 여인숙 느낌... 이 가격에 이정도라면 도쿄의 비지니스 호텔보다도 오히려 더 비싼듯 하네요.
